Facility did not post a drop box payment. I received a generic voicemail and returned the call, asking about my payment not posting, to my bank. I received no further information, until I called again and was told the lock had been cut off my unit for sale.I had believed there was a clerical error, as no letter was received for a missing payment. I am now charged for a lien fee of auction.As a customer of long standing, I feel like a return call could have avoided this, and the associated fees. I only had two calls, on my caller ID. I called them at least four times, trying to check on this payment.
