In July of 2023 we put in an offer on *************************************************************************** and it was accepted. The house had been completed in November of 2022 but had NEVER been occupied. It was awaiting a septic inspection. The first inspection failed on 07/17/23 by A Plus Septic from ********. We were assured the repairs had been completed and a new septic inspection had been completed and it passed on 08/16/23 by House Brothers the company that originally installed the system. They came and supposedly performed the repairs and did their own inspection and passed it. We moved into our house in November of 2023, within 2 weeks we were having septic issues. We contacted A Plus Septic in ******* and they came out and performed an inspection and found that House Brothers did not fix the system in August of 2023, like they said they did. This inspection was done on 01/03/24. We contacted House Brothers in December of 2023 and they came out to inspect on 01/31/24. They said it was fine and passed inspection. In March our septic alarm started going off. We contacted House Brothers again. They came out in February, please see the March 11th invoice. Within a few days it was going off again. We contacted them again and they weren't getting back to us so we called ****** Onsite, they came out and did an inspection. My husband, ************************************* again contacted House Brothers. They were rude and refused to come out again. We hired ******************* to complete the work before our septic backed up into the house. They performed the work on March 20, 2024 and more work still needs to be done. We knew and know we have septic issues because our septic alarm goes off.We would like House Brothers to reimburse us for the repairs we have already paid for and the other repairs it needs to function properly.Business response

I have attached a letter written by my boss in response to the complaint along with the letter our lawyer sent to their lawyer. I have also attached the finalized paperwork from the county that only gets issued if the system is in good working order and passes inspection.

I am rejecting this response because:IF THIS WAS THE ***** WHY DID HOUSE BROTHERS PASS THE SEPTIC SYSTEM WHEN IT SHOULD NOT HAVE PASSED INSPECTION IN JULY OF 2023? (SEE PREVIOUS SENT PAPERWORK) WE WOULD HAVE NOT PURCHASED THE HOUSE IF IT HADN'T PASSED INSPECTION!!! LIKE ACCORDING TO THIS CORRESPONDENCE FROM THEM IT SHOULDN'T HAVE! YES THEY SIGNED OFF ON IT THAT IT WAS FUNCTIONAL AND IT WAS NOT!
