    So I was having problems with my truck. My truck was going up the hill while I was driving it and it started stalling out very violently and jerking. I was told to bring my truck in by the dealership they hooked up my truck to the diagnostic machine said there were some codes they will fix them and that will stop the problem, they had my truck for over two months said they fix the problem and the problem was still there once I picked up my truck and drove it off the lot heading home so I immediately turned back around and took it back and told the guy my truck is not fixed. Please figure out the problem Dig deeper and find the resolution. They have my truck for another month. I picked my truck up he says its fine. I have all the receipts and everything they did to my truck. My truck was still having the same issues and they told me to bring my truck back and I refuse to go back. Thats why I am contacting the Better Business Bureau , the first time I took my truck in I paid 1500 then I took my truck back and I paid another 970 so total about $2500. Im ****** because my truck is a 2020 Silverado. Ive never never had any problems and I always take my truck for maintenance. They said they were experts they didnt find the problem nor fix it and Im just out of my money and had to spend a rental until they gave me a loaner car and I own a home and I run a business so I would like some conversation and I would like my problem taken care of , what is so crazy to me is that they kept on saying I have wrote it problems and I dont have any rodents in the area I live in, so I feel like they are just making up stuff to get money out of me and doing all type of things to my car that I didnt need instead of diagnosing the problem

    This dealership now has gotten our business 3 times. We found They usually take care of there customers and especially RETURN customers; or so we THOUGHT. I wasn't happy one bit with the **** of a trade in they gave us for our Two trucks; BOTH of which we purchased from THEM; one to which we JUST purchased Two months ago. our sales person for purchase #2 and 3 (******) was wonderfully during the process but then wasn't even around for the actual pickup. Then when we had a few more after questions she simply passed the buck and dropped us on our heads! In fact during day of pickup we got tossed to the no communication_ salesman that had no customer service the FIRST time we were there (****). This time, we were even told they were taking our truck over to"put fuel in it before we drove it away.. yea right!! they MAYBE put about 5 gallons in it. So it was sitting about 1/3 a tank. Seriously,!!?? With the HUGE amount they overcharge per vehicle the very LEAST this business can do is give me a full tank of fuel!! Purchase #2_ time we even got phone calls days later to ask if we were happy with our purchase and was everything going o.k. NOT this time, We couldn't even get a strait answer as to the exact service our vehicle received before we picked it up. When we did finally pick up our truck we went to parts and told them we would like to order a puck ready 5th wheel hitch. There price was far better then others around for a ****. They told us they try to get it from there "local" distributor" if can't, they'd order it and it'd be here in about 5 business days. Ok. Order it. days later we call. They didn't even order the part tell the NEXT Tuesday delivery was 7_10 business days now. About two days later we call again. To find out they didn't even have a tracking; then they did but the hitch went from ***** going EAST. ( we in washington state) Nobody knew WTF was going on and they didn't expect it in now tell into June. And we purchased truck with enough time to g
