My father and I ordered two subs each at this location for pick up at 11:30 and 11:40, respectively. When we arrived at around 11:50, there was one very diligent worker working her **** off and our orders were not ready - in spite of what the Subway app said. This occurs virtually every time we go to this location. The subs are not ready or even made though your app says it is.There was one person ahead of us waiting for an online order and three people in line. All persons in line were served before us and before we were even a knowledged. As we were waiting, the line swelled to 8 people (4 of which left due to the wait time).Meanwhile, the one employee working was trying her best to stay on top of orders and get ours made. Eventually, 2 employees came in looking disheveled and unprofessional. They took their sweet time clocking in to help their fellow employee, in spite of the long line. Ultimately, we didnt get our food until 1231 pm, a full hour after we should have. The only saving ***** of this trip was that the food made by the solo employee for us was great. Your app is worthless and the lack of scheduling and preparedness at this store is utterly disappointing. Constant delays, ingredient shortages, poor attitude and cleanliness by male employeesthese are constant issues we encounter at virtually every visit. This location needs a business e**** to flush out the issues and keep their customers happy.
