After going into the store to get something worth a dollar $1.58 and my card being declined knowing I still had a little bit of money on my card. Made me want to look at my card and transactions to see what was going on because I had just been in the lake side unity store. And I wanted to see if he had charged my card twice. And when I pulled up my account transactions what I was thinking might of went on is what had happened. So after looking through all my transactions on my cash app card I noticed that was not the only time he's charged my card with out me knowing. It has happened multiple times three that I'm sure of maybe four. I went into the store I asked the guy showed him my transactions and the charges and he had nothing to say wouldn't even give me his name he called his boss and his boss said nothing and did nothing to look into the issue. Both the men did not try to help explain they did not even listen. And now when I go in the store to purchase something the guy gives me problems and is really rude to me and I haven't done anything to him but ask him what was going on with those charges on my card that weren't supposed to be there I never approved those charges. I have no idea how he was able to get money off my card and put extra charges on my card. But he did and that's illegal. In the photos you can see the times and days and some of them are at the same time and same day. Others are same day and a minute or two different time. There is no way I went into the store and used my card multiple times on those days. So I'm hoping you guys can help me clear this up and have this guy pay me back my money that he took off my card illegally. Hi ,
I talked with my employees and checked everything. She is charged right amount because there is no same amount multiple charges at same time . She used card for multiple purchases.she just trying to get money from us.
