Date of transaction is 12-31-2024 re: Tracking # TBA31087586563 . As a monthly ordering client I did not receive my purchase . I contacted CS and was provided with tis narrative. Hello,Thank you for reaching out to ************** We have located your account and your order with the information provided. The tracking results for your package is below.If you still have not received this order, please reach out to your local post office. You will need to report this as a lost/stolen package. As soon as a claim is open, they will provide you with a case number. Once you receive the case number, please provide it to us by calling **************. An agent will assist in reshipping the order.Sincerely, ************* The problem is I am not an Amazon customer so there is no way to track this package. Also I attempted to contact my local customer service number , and they have no record of this tracking number. I have contacted this company 5 times and have not received my product or a refund. Unfortunately, the directions indicated in the customer service directive is confusing. As this company selected the shipper not me.Business response

It looks like customer care sent out a replacement shipment that was delivered on January 21st as a courtesy ******. We will work through with **************** to ensure they understand the correct process for shipments that are sent with Amazon shipping and do apologize for the inconvenience.

My niece is writing this complaint for me as I am 88 years old and don't have internet. ****** received a call this summer 2022 from Aloe Cure selling vitamin/supplements. She placed an order with them on that phone call giving them her debit card info. After receiving the item, she received a follow-up phone call a few weeks later asking her thoughts. She told them she did not plan to continue to take the vitamins and cancel anything further. She then followed that discussion up by letter. Another shipment came in the mail in October and it was refused at the post office. ******'s bank account was charged for 2 shipments of $198.95 on October 14, 2022. We made a phone call to the company and they said the duplicate charge was a mistake and they refunded her one of those charges on December 5th, however they are claiming they never received the refused shipment back. We contacted the post office to see if they could supply a tracking number of some sort and they say they can't. Several phone calls have been made to Aloe Cure and they say there is nothing they can do and are not willing to refund the $198.95. We believe that after phone conversations, letters and refusals at the post office that the company should refund her the other $198.95.Business response

This is in response to Complaint # ********, *********************, on behalf of American Global
Health Group, LLC. ****** contacted our *************************** on 12/2/2022 and stopped all future shipments. She also had mentioned that she was billed twice for her last order on 10/2/2022. Upon looking into the duplicate charge, it appeared the order was submitted twice which lead to two charges. One of those charges were reimbursed on 12/02/2022. ****** did mention that she refused the last order she received and would be expecting a refund for that order. As of 12/02/2022 the order had not been returned to our warehouse.. American Global Health Group,LLC strives to provide the very best customer service. As a courtesy, we have processed a refund in the amount of $198.95, back to the original method of payment on 1/13/2023.This should appear within **** business days.Best Regards,

They mailed me 3 different Aloe Vera products and a heath booklet --priced $217.80 with tax---charged to one of my credit cards. (Which I checked out with them.) This I never ordered and never WOULD have ordered. On the phone they lowered the price. I likely won't even use what they sent. They should be severely reprimanded for invading my credit card account and asked how they accessed those numbers.Business response

Hello,
Mr. ******** called in to our sales department and placed this order on 7/14. He provided his credit card over the phone for this order and gave approval for the charge to receive the product.
We then heard back from Mr. ******** on 8/9, when he called to request to return the items. One of our agents then offered him a 75% refund to keep the items and continue using them, rather than having to deal with the return process. He agreed to this option and his refund was issued on 8/10.
His account was then closed with us. Nothing else would bill or ship to him unless he reordered.
I hope this information assists you further with his complaint, as I feel we did everything in our power to resolve the situation.
