12-22-2022 Im writing to complain about this company getting our personal info (work ******** #s) to cold call us 3 times on the same day, unsolicited, to inquire about our property. We did not contact them to sell our property at a bargain price! If we wanted to sell our house we would use a proper realtor. We were contacted by a ***** at ************** which is in Eastern Wa. She claims shes an executive assistant to ************** who I assume are think 3re which comes up as a ****** House buying co. But is located at ******************************************************* 98254.Dont appreciate being told to have a blessed day by a vulture at Christmas Time! Not a good look! Try being more proper & ethical in your business dealings.Business response

Hello,
I read the complaint and we don't do unethical business at all. We do our best to assist homeowners sell properties if they are thinking about selling. We give unbiased and honest assessment of properties so you can compare and make the best decision for you, not us. We do not try to buy homes at a bargain price and offer many options for the owners to consider and to choose what option is best for them. We have many clients that can confirm we are really working in our clients best interests. We are a small boutique real estate company based in **************** and we do marketing and do our best to not offend people and if we do or are asked to stop calling we stop immediately.
Also, we are a Faith based company so we do our best to conduct business this way and us saying, "Have a Blessed day", is from our hearts not because it was Christmas...we say this year round when we leave messages. We apologize if you were offended and please accept our apologies if that was the case. We will work on becoming a better company and better servants of God. I am rejecting this response because: The point was we never contacted them. They called my husband at work & home in ** & contacted me at my e-mail & cell. Dont know how thats helping if service wasnt requested.i call that fishing & an invasion of privacy through searching public records.
