      Tried to send invoice several times through skynova unfortunately customer did not receive would be sending photo of handwritten receipt which has not yet been done planning on doing this paperwork the upcoming weekend the 24th or 25th this customer showed disrespectful intentions through text I question their intentions of the text and they backpedaled to avoid a confrontation that they wanted to create so along with that comes no urgency from me it will get done when I have the time correct! Thanks!

      The business committed to fixing my vehicle for a price of 1700$ They guarantee their work, but give no avenue in which the guarantee can be upheld. No accountability. The job took way longer than what was talked about and the job was not done correctly. The car was not only still needing the work quoted but also ended up spending more money to fix other problems that where caused by the business. I gave the business the opportunity to honor the guarantee and fix their work before I asked for a refund. The refund was denied. And no further solution was offered.

      Unfortunately the customer was rude disrespectful and down right hard to deal with I gave a discount of 50%there was no end date agreee to not sure how it can take longer then expected when theres no date agreed soon also I offer no warranty at all to cuhstiers like this for a reason I cant Guarantee that the vehicle was not sabotaged to get out of paying the work that she paid for was done so no there will be no refund and no warranty unfortunately

      I am rejecting this response because: the work did have a time line multiple that he failed to reach. And failed to show up for any appointment or communicate any delays. He took my engine for over 2 months when he originally said the work takes about a weekend after parts are delivered. He then refused to follow threw with his advertised guarantee not warranty. I have receipts to show the work I had to have done from another shop that I originally paid him to do. And as far as a discount goes he told me the price was 1700$ and I paid 1700$ there was no discount,  until I requested an invoice for the work done and he doubled the original cost on the paperwork and made it look like he gave me a discount at 1700$ . That didn't even reflect the full amount I paid him.

      Before he did the work, during the consultation, he explained the work would take a weekend to complete once the parts where in. And that it could take up to a week or so depending on any issues he may find. I paid him 700$ for parts upfront because that's what he required. It then took him a few weeks to come get the car, but he chose to take only the engine. On July 7th he said parts should be in soon and then he would get started, then on July 13 he updated me the parts had arrived and he was going to start the work. Based on our conversation and his texts he led me to believe I would have my car back in roughly 2 weeks. Aug 8th ***** said he was trying to have it done that week. This is after multiple inquires from me for an update. Next after countless more inquiries from me and receiving nothing but excuses and more empty promises and being delayed over and over again he PROMISED the engine would be finished and installed by the 1st of September which also did not happen. Then on September 17th the car broke down the first time I drove it and I had him come take a look at it since its guaranteed. After he tried to blow me off and make me wait over a week to have him look at it , i finally got him to come check his work. He tried to tell me it was a coil pack and I needed a tune up plugs and wires. I had just replaced the coil pack plugs and wires 2 weeks before I had him come do the work so I wasn't convinced. I however did replace the suggested parts and attempted to drive it home. It was still broken however, this time it was the head gasket which is exactly what I hired him to fix. After asking him how he would like to handle the problem clearly directly related to the work in question, he ignored me untill I finally got a response, I received a very condescending "i'll deal with it" message at that point i had lost all confidence in his ability to fix the issue and requested a refund. A refund which was refused with no other solutions suggested.  I have the entire transaction documented except the original diagnostic and consultation.  And when I requested an itemized receipt for parts and labor plus the work done so I could accurately show another shop of the work that was done so they knew how best to proceed I was given an invoice that not only doesn't show anything helpful to any other mechanic,  but it has a mysterious discount that showes up and an end balance claiming I never paid anything.

      If you had a qualified mechanic find out this information then you should have them fix it they were brand new parts installed and they were just fine until you mysteriously drive it and its not you have been unhappy from the start and I have done all I can to help you we have nothing left to do period I dont trust what you say and have never had an issue before you I have rebuilt over a dozen of these engines with no problem then you have a terrible Attitude and are disrespectful then it breaks then this its a theme and I am not about it

      I am rejecting this response because: I did have a qualified mechanic fix it. After your attempts failed. The first time I drove it I had issues and contacted you immediately. You then clearly had your own self doubts because you came out to "fix" it and gave me bogus excuses as to what else was wrong with it besides the work you did. Which turned out to be false and the original problem was the work you failed to do properly. My issues with your communication or lack there of and your ability to hold an appointment prior to "finishing" the work doesn't matter when the fact is you did not do the work contracted sufficiently and the refund you owe me is valid. Not to mention the extra money it cost me to have someone else fix the other mistakes you made. All i seem to take away from your explanation is the refund isn't valid because you claim I was disrespectful and not because insufficient mechanic work. You havny explained what you did to or what makes you think I sabotageed my vehicle, you just blame me for breaking a vehicle I just paid to fix so I could get my money back and be stuck with a broken car and put myself back in the same position I was before I hired you.. . Seems likely.  The worst part is that you not only took my engine but also my sister's because she hired you to do the same work  at the same time and you STILL HAVE HERS.

      On April 15th of 2022 I got in contact with *********************** owner of BENTWRENCH MOBILE SOLUTIONS MOBILE MECHANIC and we discussed my **** dodge ram **** As it spun a bearing so it needed the bearings replaced aswell as the oil pump and timing chain set. We discussed a price of $**** my truck was taken to his place of buisness for witch I had informed I needed my truck back no later than Aug 1st He has according to him he replaced the main bearings the oil pump aswell as the timing chain set per a phone conversation he had informed me that somthing had got broken and he jb welded it . He contacted me via txt letting me know that my truck would /will not start when it was runing when it went to his location and now my truck will not start and he has told me he will be refunding $500 of the $1000 I have already payed him he has also via txt message told me that this is his fault and that he would make things right .And has not met his agreed agreement so I am seeking assistance with this I need my truck runing as it did before it went to him I Please please please help us this is my only vehicle that I am able to take my family in again I have all correspondence via txtmessage

      Unfortunately the customer was unhappy with the time frame of the project when it took longer then he had liked he asked me to return his vehicle running or not by a certain date which I honered we never had an agreement that the truck was to be done by a certain date originally the vehicle was faulty when it came to me it went back in the same condition with new parts and I was paid for the work done after he was unhappy about the progress I returned his vehicle and offered to refund him for everything because I was unable to complete the job with that being said I already had over 15 hours invested into this vehicle at $150 an hour there was no contract that was breeched unfortunately just a customer that is not satisfied.

      It was april 5th 2022 when *********************** came to my home to diagnose my ram1500 4x4  at wich time I explained what had happened and what I needed done I handed him my keys and he started my truck and hemediatly shut it off it was agreed that it needed new bearings  and an oil pump and because the oil pump is behind the oil pump it needed to be replaced ****** we agreed on a price of $1440 and I had told *************** to take his time and do it correctly that I need it finished before Aug 1st when my son was born that I have 4 children and our car will nor acomodate all 6 of us and *************** (in txt has told me it would be finished way before that)  I have all of our messages screen shot and printed  with Mr ******* admiting fault and admiting that he would make right what he did wrong. My truck started and run as it was stated and running when it left my location . When it got to mineral wa I handed the keys to *************** he started my vehicle and drove it to its parking spot I offered to help *************** as I have been a mechanic for 40 years  I no longer have the means to nor the space to work on my own vehicles so I chose.  Bentwrench mobile solutions 

      I have also given to me ****** brand new parts for his ***** tahoe  **** he told me he would keep the bill to $1000 

      I gave *************** $1000  in advance  for the work to be done I have also told *************** that I had to have my vehicle back no later than Aug 1st and he agreed he has also broken parts in my mother he has jb welded parts in my motor and has agreed to make it right once way or another . He has also stated he would refund my total amount because he was unable to successfully complete the job and that he has caused irreparable damage to my vehicle .

      My truck was returned to my home Aug 1st via *************** tahoe and trailer (not running ) and now I will be having to file court. Charges due to false statements on his behalf I have all of our coraspondance printed even the ones he has deleted  admiting fault .... I am extreamly un happy we ***** and I made a agreement and shook hands  and I have held my end of the agreement and he had not only bamaged my property he has not corrected his mistake 

      Do I need to forward the coraspondance I have from ***************** because I will and you can see his admittance of damaging my motor

      Unfortunately this customer was unhappy with the timeframe of the project and wanted his truck back by the first of august running or not via the text messages he sent I obliged him and returned his vehicle to his property by the date agreed he is upset that I am not willing not refund him for the work that has already been done I have offered to make the situation right but he does not want that seems to only want a fight and unfortunately I have no time for that I appreciate you guys and look forward to further correspondence!

      I am rejecting this response because: I have payed for a survice that was not completed in a orderly time frame I told *************** I needed my truck back running  by aug1st no question as my wife and I will be in the hospitalaug 1st having our son ***** has been payed to replace the bearings (all of them) and he was supposed to return the ones that he did not use he did not  he was supposed to return the used oil pump and the timing and all of the old bearings and he has not he has told me the was going to refund my total amount and he has not not only did I pay him $1000 in advance I traded 2 brand new spindles bering asymblys and 2 brand new rotors aswell as a portable air compressor and a ***** rpm monster tach .

      I have not recieved anything back from this company except for my truck is now back in my driveway and it will not start only cranks over when it started and drove to his parents property in mineral wa..

      Ti am extreamly dis satisfied with this company and will be pursuing charges in court and may I add  I am 100%  disabled and this has caused a major burden to my family it has resulted n in my having to rent transportation and have had to borrow money to buy a cheep vehicle. I am now asking that *************** replace the motor in my vehicle with a new motor to be installed at a reputable auto shop .

      Unfortunately this individual is a liar and I have all the correspondence to show that what he is saying is not true I offered a rental vehicle at no cost he refused I offered to help this person over and over again unfortunately some people are just so used to getting their way but this was 100% the customers decision to get the vehicle back in the condition it was I have nothing left to say on the matter if he wants to follow legal action its just going to cost him more money I have done nothing wrong

      Yes you did offer me a vehicle one I had to put water in every day. And yes I declined it ( I do not want to be responsible for it if it broke down) 

      I am 100%disabled  on a fixed income I was told by **** about you and he called you and we discussed my truck you told me a time of **** you would be here you did not show up till 1 (shuld have been a flame ther) we talked I told you what I wanted to have done (as a mechanic of 40years I told you what transpired and what I wanted done I handed you my key you went over started my truck in my drive way Iight add revenue it up shut it off and agreed we discussed a price you told me you own a tahoe and I had just sold my tahoe to get the truck I gave you both wheelberring/hub assembly and break rotors and break pads  you then told me you would keep it @ $1000  I agreed we shook hands agreed on a date and time  and if I recall correctly it was the 8th of April we met in elbe and I followed you to mineral to your parents property /home ware I dropped my truck off I handed you the key and we left I even offered to assist you with the tear down I came over 1 time and then you declined my assistance  you had my truck from April to August and now my truck will not start it will not move under its own power I have requested my parts back aswell as a full refund and you agreed you put in print to the bbb that you had all intention to refund full amount and that was good until you told me you will not refund that I have to take you to court because you called me a liar .and it is with that I am going to demand all of my parts the hubs rotors the monster tach I gave you I want all my property returned it was payment for a job you could not accomplish a job you damaged you even told me I was only paying for 2 set of bearings why did you not send them back ? Why did you go and delete all your messages?  Never mind you will have to answer to a judge over that and I will be requesting all of our txt messages from April 5the to curant and even tho you deleted them they are still there so another explanation you will have to answer for I hope this is all worth it because
