I legitimately ordered a product from this company and have used it for 90 days (as recommended). The product did not perform as described and I sought to cancel my order. The product is sent with no packaging information, no information on how to cancel the "subscription" and no contact information at all. This is a business scam that should be shut down.Initial Complaint

I purchased the bundle item which was almost $200. When I received it I did NOT open it - I wrote ****************** per Dr. I cannot take these. Cancel a orders". About a week ago I received the monthly shipment for $50....no phone numbers or customer service links anywhere to be found. I tried an e-mail I found but it's not the right company. A guy named ***** wrote back to me telling me so. I am just looking to cancel this and get my money back. Do you have a phone number for them? Can you help? I received an email regarding a public figure that was supposedly "endorsing" these CBD gummies. There was a very convincing article with what looked like valid reviews from satisfied customers. I noticed while ordering the gummies that it seemed a bit confusing. I could not really tell how many bottles I was getting, etc. I immediately got 2 emails from ************************************** on 4/19/22 for 2 different orders! One order was for $99.00 and another order for $60.00. I never saw these 2 prices while ordering on their website. I tried going back to where I ordered and could not even find a way to cancel or contact the "company". I knew immediately that this was a scam. I started researching "***************************** CBD gummies" and came across so many articles and reviews confirming that this was indeed a scam. I replied to the 2 emails and told them to cancel these orders immediately and that I knew that this was a scam. I never got a reply or shipping confirmation. In the next week I got SIX bottles of CBD gummies. I emailed again on 4/25/22 and requested that they cancel this order immediately.On 5/23/22 we received another bottle of CBD gummies. We checked our bank records and found the charge for ***** from a DIFFERENT company name (KETO ORGANICS, Washington). So clever of them to change their name. Again, I replied in the original emails (5/24/22) to cancel these orders.We will gladly send these back once we hear back from the "company".Thank you,*******************************Customer response
