I was online on Oct. 5th and was going to order AppleCoder Vi what gummies. I put all my information in and then decided not to order and backed out of the page. About 2 weeks later I received a package in the mail and it was 5 bottles of the gummies. I was surprised because I had backed out of the page and did not order. I received no email concerning order, and there is no receipt, no paperwork in the package. The package was mailed on 10/16/23 and I received on 10/20/23 or 10/21/23. I called my bank on 10/22/23 to see if they had more i formation on where the charge for the gummies came from so I could return them and they were able to give me the phone number and mailing address. I called the company on 10/25/23 to find out how to return. No one answered phone so I had to leave a message. I did not get a call back until Nov. 2, 2023. I was working at the time they called so I missed the call and had to call back and leave another message. They returned my call on 11/13/23. When I told them a wanted to return all 5 bottles of gummies and get back the $199.95 they chart me, I was told they only offered a money back guarantee from 30 days of the day I ORDERED the product. The website clearly states, 30 days from the day the product is received. I called them back on 11/13/23 and they did answer. Again, they said they could only return $59.95 Because it was over 30 days, when I read what the website said they argued and said I was on the wrong site, I was not on the wrong site. She then told me to dispute it with my bank. I was supposed to receive an email showing they would refund only $59.95, but have not even re wives that yet. Very frustrating because their website clearly says it can be returned 30 days from day you receive your order!!
