      Ive been staying at this Motel multiple times for work. I spoke to the motel manager over the phone and made multiple reservations. One of the reservations was for May 2nd to the 3rd when I was scheduled to work. I was in in ********* ********** on a planned vacation from 4/18- 26th. When I came back from ********** I called the hotel to confirm the reservation for May 2-3 and they told me I didnt had a reservation I told them it was weird that I didnt so I told them to go ahead and made the reservation I thought the manager had made a mistake. Then the same day I was going to make a credit card payment and noticed I had been charge for the night of 4/22-4/23 I called the manager ***** and she said she never makes mistakes and that she was going to speak to the owners to see if they would refund me I waited a week I called back and she told me the same thing. She never called me back to give me an update. I called today 6/7 and she said it was my mistake and the same story she never makes mistakes. I told her I want to speak to the owners or her supervisor and denied me the numbers and hung up on me. The amount is just a little bit over ********************************************************************************** the refund. Unfortunately everything was via verbal over the phone conversation, they might have recorded conversation and we can see who made the mistake. I hope that you guys can help because their business practice is not good. She said that they been doing that a lot of customers. Maybe you can look it up and see if what they are doing is legal.       To Whom it May **************** April 7th 2022 *************** called to make multiple reservations as follows:

       4/8/22 & 4/9   @2:49 pm   Stayed

      4/13/22           @2:52 pm   Stayed

      4/18/22           @2:53 pm   Stayed (unusual because he said he started vacation 18 - 26th)

      4/22/22 & 4/23@2:53 pm   No Show---This was a full weekend so the Hotel would have lost the rental of a room due to his mistake. **************** disputed this with his ******************* and lost his dispute. As we lost $25 for his dispute. Once a charge is in dispute, you can't make any changes.

      I never told him we do it a lot to customers, I explained to him that even people that stay way more than him and don't show up, that they get charged also.

      I never told him that I never make mistakes. I explained to him I am the Manager and handle these things. I can not give the owners number. I never hung up on him, he hung up , loudly.

      He has stayed 5 separate times after this. Now he is trying to trash us for his mistake.

      At this point I dont need or want a refund from this business. I tried multiple times to resolve the issue and unfortunately the manager kept telling that she would call back and she never did. She did helped me make multiple reservations and I believe she might have mixed on one of the dates. We are all humans and no matter have long we have worked at a place we can still make mistakes. I actually did stayed on May 2nd - 3rd which are the days I needed to stay not April 22nd-23rd. But, she will not listen to my concerns because she stated that shes been there for many years and she never makes mistakes. I have no complaints about the place other then the issue about me getting charge for something I didnt ask for. She was the one that made the reservation. The reason I reached out to you is because I dont this happening to any other customers/consumers. She did stated she has done it other consumers. I would definitely look into it. Thank you for listening to my concerns. I hope that Evergreen Inn would do better in the way they treat their customers/ consumers.  Thank you!
