      They do not reply at all. Took about 4 weeks to ship the product which no explanation of why. I had to ask my bank to start a dispute charge case and weirdly the next day after my bank motivated them it was shipped. I ******* as theft.

      There customer service is horrible they never answer the phone when you call and you barely get a email back there great for taking your money front and taking minimum 0f 6 to 8 months for pre ordered items ,there no updates on anything so you just wait and wait and wait for something to show up one day,there the worst company I ever saw for preorders but at your own risk trust me it's not a pleasant experience with them

      Does not respond in a timely manner. Gives estimates for order shipment. Apologies are hollow and lack that "we want your business" touch. This business is in a niche market and the lethargy from the owner causes orders to pile up. I would assume that the 2.5 out of 5 on here is not a great compliment, even if it is only 4 reviews. There are far more complaints than there are reviews for this company. That in and of itself says a lot about how the owner treats their customers. Paying for a product is a contract and not being informed of when and how items are shipped is not a good way to run a business. If I had to guess the owner has another fulltime job and this website (automated) is his side business. He must be using a fulfilment center to dropship the new items to customers and then uses he time off on the weekends to "work" on modifications that, from what I understand, can take from a couple of months to a year to complete. Also from what I've gathered he offers empty promises or creates justifications for delays but only after he has been probed multiple times for information. If he is having such a hard time, he should temporarily close his side business until he can be more prompt in providing service. People complaining is nothing new in the service industry. If you want to get and keep customers. Treat them with timely service. If it was stated upfront that new items will dropship within 5 business days, then you tell your customer that. However, I feel that he thinks that if you are honest you'll lose customers. That's not the case. Anyway, I think their worst problem is communication speed. I don't think they have thousands or emails to read or even hundreds. I think he is tired when he comes home from his main job and just wants a break. If that the case, he should find another side hustle where he doesn't have to meet customer expectations and demand.

      Pre-ordered a game that was released in Jan of 2023. Immediately they ship an item so I know something is wrong because it was still November of 2022. I return the (wrong) item they sent and asked for a refund so I could just order elsewhere since the experience was already pretty bad. You have to open a ticket then it generally takes several business days to get a response. They just brushed off my request and said "Don't worry, we'll ship it when it's ready!" Well I guess they forgot. The game was released. I'm seeing unboxing reviews and stuff online. I send them another ticket telling them if you haven't shipped it, just go ahead and refund me or I will dispute the charges with my bank. No response so I dispute the charges and get my money back. An entire week later they respond back saying they've already shipped the item... I check the tracking and of course they had just shipped it prior to responding to the ticket. I told them I'd return to sender the item since I've already effectively been refunded (much to their chagrin I'm sure.)

      What I ordered is working well, no issues so far, and I use it quite often. My issue was I paid a decent amount of money for this thing and there was zero indication of the massive delay between shipment and purchase. I opened two tickets with them and I was told my order had been prioritized and they had lost the keys for the item. I wouldve appreciated a disclaimer or statement stating there might be shipping delays and that I was pre purchasing unbuilt stock. I probably wouldve spent my money elsewhere or done a bit more research. Its a shame too because they carry other items I would like to purchase but Im not inclined to wait several months between purchase and delivery. I really hope things improve because I love what I bought but ultimately they are a reseller so the logistics should be what they are good at.
