Aug 31, 2022 Purchase 2015 Ram ****, on the way home Check Engine Light came on Sept 2022 - Diagnoses NO2 sensor replces - Oct , 2022 - Diesel Particulate Filter Replaced Nov 2022 - Warning display - Service Electronic Throttle Control Engine was running rough, engine would Crackle and pop and would lose power and the message display Service Electronic Throttle Control Found metal Particles in fuel system. ******* not able to perform the repairs, said that I needed to take it to a Ram/Chrysler dealer.I assumed that the metal particles was causing the engine running rough.Charge of ****** ************* replaces the entire fuel system but the engine misfire situation still persisted. ************* determined after checking the engine codes, the problem was the **** ************* replaced the *** at a cost of $1271.95, which I paid out of pocket. Whitney ******************** had sold me and extended warranty which was supposed to cover electrical issues but this extended warranty did not include the **** I discovered, after purchasing the 2015 Ram ****, another *********************** had purchased this same truck in September 2021. This other customer had the same problem where the engine would lose power and leaving him stranded at the side of the road and would have it towed back to the dealer to have the problem fixed, but the problem still persisted this other customer traded this truck for a **** pickup and took a loss of $8000. ******* ******************** knew that there was a problem with the truck when they sold it to myself and they had not fixed the problem. I now have and additional out of pocket expense of $1271.95 to cover the cost of a new *** which should have been replaced before I purchased the vehicle back in August 2022.Initial Complaint

I called Whitney ******************** and ask them to do some work on my truck they perform the work come to find out I needed a new *** I had Whitneys order the *** already knowing my vehicle Vin number engine everything they ordered the wrong part my truck had issues Which it was in the shop for a while I returned to the business to have the *** installed to finish with the work come to find out they ordered the wrong part and now are saying that its my problem are refusing to work with me in anyway thats why this matters brought here thank you
