- Service or Repair Issues

- Unanswered
Date of transaction was 04/25 and 04/27. Charged for a service they did not provide but didn't notice it until I had already paid the ****. 2 hrs of digging at $280 was a service that did not happen. a repair of a "Baffle" for $190 supposedly however, employee didn't or wouldn't supply me with the broken item or show me the new baffle he claimed he provided. I asked for a receipt for baffle--not provided. Also, on 04/25 arrival time was 10:14 am--departed 10:53 am. (digging took less than 15 min.) I was a few feet away and watching. He claimed a 2hr digging fee of $280. On 04/27 the employee returned around 1:00pm and spent approximately 15 minutes on my property, writing up the total ****. He refused to answer my questions regarding the baffle. I wrote a check but let him know I didn't agree with the charges and was paying so he would leave my home. This employee spent a total of 1 hour on my property to pump/drain the septic tank and replaced a baffle and then claimed a 2 hr time for digging. I called the office to speak with the manager regarding the overcharges I believed occurred. I was told "****** would call me" and the name of the employee who provided the septic service was a man named "Al".One last thing, during the initial visit after they pumped out the septic, Al was very quick to claim a we had a broken baffle and since I'm selling my house I have to fix it or he's going to write it in the report. (there is no such report). I was not given a report. He stated this without me having any opportunity to ask him what is a baffle and never gave him any indication that I wasn't going to approve the supposed repair. He noticed the real estate sign on my property I assumed. This jogged my memory because when we purchased this home in 2015 this same business claimed a baffle repair just prior to the sale of this home (to us) and our closing date was affected due to a septic repair.
