Im so upset. I sold my deceased husbands car back to the dealer we bought it from. That was on 9/23. They told me a check would go out on the following Monday. I got a call from the accountant the following Tuesday and was told I could pick it up or it would be in the next days mail. It didnt show up by Saturday. I waited and because I had to be back in the town the dealership on the following Monday I stopped in. They showed it was in the mail. I called on Tuesday since I still hadnt received it. Oh sorry, the check had been pulled back but did go out in the mail. I asked for the address it was mailed to. Wrong! We dont receive mail delivery at our physical address. So she cancelled that check and will issue another one to the ** Box. Friday. Still no check. Called back today and was told it took two signers and they had to wait on one. Should be in the mail shortly. Seriously ?? Assuming I actually receive the check on Monday as she estimated, it will be over 3 weeks to get paid. This is a major car dealership in this area. The agreed amount due me is $19,000.00. A 2020 Honda Civic with just over ****** miles.Initial Complaint

I cancelled my gap insurance and extended warranty on 08/19/2022 and was told a refund would take **** weeks to get to me. It has been 12 weeks and I have yet to receive my refund. I have called and was told the finance manager *********************** would call me back and I have not received a phone call back. I have also emailed him and have not received an email back either. I read my paperwork for the gap and it states that I should have received a refund within 30 days. I was also sold an extended warranty under false pretenses because the previous finance manager told me that things were covered under the extended warranty but when I called the warranty company back in July they informed me that what I was told was covered in fact was not covered. I would like Bud Clary Honda to be held accountable for the way they are treating a loyal customer as well as receiving my money back for services that I did not use.Business response

I Spoke with *********************** regarding this customer and unfortunately these cancellations have taken considerably longer to process than they used to pre-pandemic for obvious reasons. **** spoke to *************************** in our corporate office who processes and follows the progress of cancellations for the organization and the funds had just came through at the end of the week prior so she was going to issue the payment to ************** yesterday, November 9th, 2022. I have attached a copy of the check to this complaint.
**** then called the ************** back and apologized for not getting back to her messages and informed her the check was heading her way.
I personally attempted to contact ******* (**************) a couple of times today, leaving her a voicemail apologizing for the delay and the lack of communication on our part. She is a great customer and we love having her in the Bud Clary family and I gave her my personal number to reach out to should she have any other concerns or if she does not receive her check in the next few days.

Bud Clary Honda of Moses Lake finally got me my check last week so the issue has since resolved as of 11/23/2022.
