Received a parking bill of $45 for using their lot after paying online using the ** code to pay using apple pay. Parked for less than an hour and paid and then received a bill in the mail a couple weeks later of $45 for a full days parking. The bill had no phone number or any other information to contact, just and address to send a check.Business response

We work very hard to make sure that anyone who has paid using the Parkmobile system is not invoiced. The invoice, #*******, was for parking 3/1/2024 for a period including 11:51am. Our records show that there was no use of the Parkmobile payment system on that date. We have not yet experienced an issue with Parkmobile where payment for parking was made and not issued to the company, but if there is an error with Parkmobile, we are happy to assist. Please upload the receipt from Parkmobile, or your payment from ApplePay showing a payment to Parkmobile, for parking on that date and time, and we will use the information on the receipt to promptly resolve any issue with Parkmobile.
