      My husband and I reserved a room at the Wyndham ************************ for the night of March 14, 2024. I noticed problems with maintenance as I walked up the stairs to the main floor. We registered and as we were walking to our room we noticed how filthy the elevator and floor was. We went through a large door to a hallway. The appearance improved but there was an odor. We went into the room and the room didnt smell good. We decided that we would not stay. I sat on a bench and tried to find a different hotel to use. We used none of the facilities in the room. We went down to the desk and waited for the young woman to help us. She said she would need to call her manager and after talking to her manager, said she could not refund our money. I asked to talk to the manager but was told I had to wait to call her the next morning. I called the manager, June, and was told her hotel is the best in the area. She only raised her voice and told me I was lying. We want a full refund. We did not keep the hotel from renting that room. We saw no other customers.

      I meet in person with ***** for the first time in 5/17/2023 to get a quote for the convention center in Mount ******. I received a quote and was going to be back to set the contracted. I came back on June 11, 2023 and meet with *** (*****'s husband and Manager) who wrote me a new contacted (the one attached) and i paid the deposit for $318.54. *** mention that they have been bought and will be renaming under ********, i ask if i should be good and he said YES, they will take over any contacted they have. I came back on 9/18/2023 and make a payment of $1,000.00 Cash to *** and came back in October to paid the rest and did not worried about any thing till a day before my event witch it was 12/9/2023. i send ***** a text asking if *** will be at the facility on 12/8/23 so i can get the keys as planned to start decorating and none got back to me. I deceived to call the front desk and my surprise was that NO event was on the calendar for that weakened, i told the person that i had a contacted and she ask me to head over to start to the manager. I talked to *** new manager and mention that *** and ***** were no longer there and they had no idea about my contacted and ask me lots of question like how i paid and that he was not going to be able to provide me with a bar tender. i ask for me money back and he said that because they did not had any information of this he was not able to return me money. i did not wanted to worried because my event cost me over $50K ad all i needed at that time was to get the event going. With all manager i did not needed to clean the center, with *** he said i do have to clean, so i did and as of today i have not received my deposit back $1000.00, bar tender $200 and 2 securities i paid $200 each a total of $1,600.00. i have talked to him 2 times and he was going to get back to me. he even offer me stay at the hotels or even to rent the center for half prices, i told him that all i want is my money back.

      Wrongful eviction, theft, and harassment are just a few things I experienced during my stay. I was evicted very quickly after I made a report to one of the assistant managers. I was locked out of my room and told that I was to be escorted by a third party to collect what I couldn't carry. While I was locked out, a lot of my stuff had been stolen, the room was trashed and I was told by the person that let me into the room (a friend and employee) that the only other person that had access to the room was the other maintenance employee who happens to be the son of the manager and the person that I filed my report on.I was in a transitional housing program and the list of reasons for eviction was untrue and was delivered quickly after I made my report. I've acquired counsel to address the wrongful eviction but during the time I'm entitled to after notice of eviction I haven been locked out, forced to sleep on the streets, and harassed by management and those acting on their behalf.

      So I believe there is some type of fraud or embezzling going on here with ************************* (general manager) and her brother ******************* (convention center general manager) and her son *********************** (Maintanence Kid) Her Daughter ***************************** Was Working there and went on maternity leave beginning of January yet is still coming in every payday to pick up her check which od not right. I've had to fight with ***** just to get my overtime and still nothing and something just don't feel right and so I ran a background check on them and when I told her I did she fired me and it's crazy because her andhrr brother *** should not be managing ANYTHING when they both are convicted felons with credit card fraud forgery identity theft and computer fraud on there records. And I just need someone to look into it because I wS fired for no reason and I've been feeling like something illegal is going on therefor about 6 months now. Please someone look into them please I also feel they are taking money from guests and saying they did something they didn't do just to keep there money?? please promise to look into it.. please.
