My family and I have use the Skagit Valley Herald for decades. In the last two years, our paper has been very unreliable. In 2021, I renewed a year and then they dropped the Monday. So I asked for 30 days to be added to my subscription. I got a letter saying it was up in April.Meanwhile the paper delivery was off and then it got switched to night. Then its now mailed and I havent been able to get a Sunday paper on the Sunday in months.I sent in the letter showing that my subscription was up in April and then they had the audacity to take money out of my account. I gave them no authority to do this. I was so mad and tried to end my subscription.I talked to a nice gentleman named Manny who kept me on for another month or two I believe. I wanted a refund of the money that they took out of my account but they would not do that.I am still so upset! That a company would take money out of my account without authorization. They would not read the letter that they sent me saying it was like up in April.Unfortunately I feel that when this grace ****** is up. That will be the end of my relationship with the Skagit Valley Herald.

I talked to ********************** and extended her subscription as she requested. She will keep receiving the newspaper.
