            Since we moved in we have been fighting to get things repairs. The stove is not working properly, the ac needs replaced, the stairs are unsafe and unlit at night and maintenance won't respond.

            **** just bought the appartment complex I have lived in for six years. They say this isn't their first rodeo but so far not off to a great start. The matinance man has set off bug bombs not realizing that each 4 units are vented into each other, speeds through the parking lot, goes the wrong way where labeled a one way, and blocks the entrance of the parking lot so that tenants can't get in. **** has increased rent by almost two hundred dollars come December first for tenants in a month to month and given all tenants an addendum. I have emailed about clarification on the addendum that was dated September 1, 2022 but not delivered until October 11, 2022 with no response. **** tried to bill tenants for the properties electricity saying that the tenant did not have power in their name. Once corrected they have not said anything to the tenants that it was their error. **** also has no receptionist so it is call leave a message and receive no call back. They acknowledge that they specialize in fixing up run down appartments however all we have seen is buying it and not having all the ducks in a row. **** services took almost a month. two four plexs when with out hot water for a weekend. It seems that they aren't about making it a better living situation but endangering my children is acceptable for them.
