No quality control on repairs. paint drips, cobwebs, failed caulk, dirt and grime . The apartment I was shown was dirty and when i asked for it to be cleaned, they just rented it to someone else. This is after driving 30 minutes to a showing only to have it cancelled 13 minutes prior to it's scheduled time.

SRS Property Management became my landlord when the apartment building I rent was sold. They introduced themselves and started making improvements to the property right away. They take such good care of their properties. Fast forward a couple years and my family had expanded and we had outgrown our apartment. I reached out to the manager and asked if they had a larger apartment available and they did. They showed us the apartment and we loved it! They made the transition from one complex to another SEAMLESS! I seriously couldnt ask for a better landlord! I will continue to rent from them until Im in a position to buy a home!

I have rented from SRS Property Management for 4 years and continue to rent from them currently. They take extremely good care of the property and always complete work orders same or next day. They are easy to communicate with and their staff is so kind. I would highly recommend renting from them!

Rented from this property management for over 3 years. During that time we had over 4 rental increases, they do maintance around the complex with out proper notification, i had a guy in my window killin bees. I asked for certain maintance repairs, the manager said I would recieve the repair for free like before If i was "nice" to the owner. Which up until this point i had no contact with the owner, so them asking me to be nice to get repairs done sounded unprofessional. When telling the manager ive been nothing but respectful and it was a bit odd to have them repond like that.The next day after this i reieved a move out letter, when asking why, they said bc i told them they were unprofessional about the repair. I felt this was more of a personal attack since I have never received any verbal notices or complaints while living at this place. I also left this unit very clean and undamaged. When getting my deposit back they only gave ****** out of my almost ******* deposit. I was charged for a curtain rod replacement when there wasn't one even there when I moved in to begin with, I was charged for minor wear and tear that somehow racked up to almost $900. Because of a chip on the back of a toilet lead they charged me for a full toilet replacement. When I moved in it wasnunclean and in the bathrooms and there was nail polish all over the cabinets. This place is very lucky that I left it clean undamaged and replaced anything that was broken. To me I consider SRS Property Management slumlords and I hate to leave this review because I was so good to them and was on time with my rent every single month for 3 years. I'm just happy to be rid of this evil spirited manager. living at this complex the neighbors tend to be very nosy, look into your windows and are very old and have disabilities so if you have young children I do not suggest living in SRS Property Management, while living here I did experience theft around my complex with my bikes and neighbors dogs using my yard

This company went above and beyond to help my family find an apartment that suited our needs. They continue to take good care of us during tenancy. I would recommend them every time.
