Think twice about going there. Rv in two shops for one day shy of nine weeks. Yes they made one payment but the icing on the cake was they put my self leveling jacks on to far back because they didnt remove old jacks so when you pull into a gas station or up a slop into rv park they hit. Book said no more than five feet from rear axle. They welded them six and a half feet back. Welded onto frame extension would eventually bend. Took to another dealer to cut it all off at my expense because they wont return call. Other dealer couldnt believe where they put them. Cost **** to fix right. Shame on you poulsbo rv in mt ******.

Poor service I was lied to an taken advantage of at the Summer facility!! My 2019 Tiffin was brought in for some service issues !! When I picked up my RV I learned I was charged $100 for 30 seconds of labor when I had been told by ********************* I would not be charged!!! I had excessive paint damage caused by there technician an when I confronted these issues I received no response!! I even emailed General Manager *************************** I didnt even get a response!! Do not take your Rv this place!!!

Absolutely horrible customer **********************, we will never take our fifth wheel to get serviced by Poulsbo again! They had our fifth wheel in for service in July, asked them to check the refrigerator because it quit running, check the fresh water pump because it wouldnt work, generator wouldnt run and asked them to install a second air conditioner. We told them we needed it by a certain date because of a road trip we had planned with reservations spanning out over 3 weeks, they said they needed to order a part for our generator and would file a warranty claim since it should still be covered. Fast forward to the day we said we needed the fifth wheel, they dont have the part for the generator because it was backordered yet come to find out the exact part they needed was sitting at their Mount ****** location the entire time. They said they couldnt find anything wrong with the refrigerator and that it was working, we know something is wrong with it because when we went to camp in it July 4th the whole unit was off and had rotten meat in the freezer from it being off. We get our trailer a day after we said we needed it, missed a night of reservations I couldnt get refunded and a day use of theme park tickets. Two days into our trip, the refrigerator quit working. We had to use a small refrigerator we bought in the back of our toy hauler and coolers! Once back from our trip we return our fifth wheel to Poulsbo to have the refrigerator checked again, they locate the problem, but want to charge us another fee. We told them we had already paid their fee once and we were told nothing was wrong so we werent paying it again. They erase that amount but then come back that we owe $1500 for the generator repair. It never got submitted to the warranty company in July when it should have, I checked with the warranty company they had no claims filed on our trailer. Ive sent a long email to the service adviser and service manager detailing dates of correspondence and the lack of responsibility they took to ensure this claim was filed and that we shouldnt have to pay for their mistake. I have heard nothing back from either of them and its been almost 3 weeks at this point. They have had our trailer since September. I will never have them service our trailer again nor will I consider buying a trailer from them either, just when we were thinking of upgrading to a class A, I will ensure some other dealership gets the sale. Sorry Poulsbo you lost another customer.

This is my 3rd time at Poulsbo RV in ******, ** for the same repair. They installed a brand new windshield and its leaking all over the dash. I came back from ******* again to try to get them to do the right thing because they charged me a lot of money for the repair and they just dont care. I told them that I was here and hoped that they would try to get me in and take care of their screw-up, but instead they scheduled me for a week later, and then when I took the motorhome in, ********************* said that it will be another 6 days before the windshield people will look at it. This is how they treat customers, they want to make it impossible for the customer to wait , and you just feel like giving up. For those who are crazy enough to take their business to Poulsbo RV in ****** and let them disrespect you and treat you like you dont mean nothing to them, you have been warned. We are considering contacting the office of the Attorney General for the state of WA and get them involved to protect innocent customers like me, and also the same office in *******. Horrific experience

Horrible business. Do not take your RV or Motorhome to this business cause you are going to regret it. I took my Class A motorhome there for a windshield replacement and other repairs. They kept my motorhome for about a month to do the repairs, charged me over $ *****. I came back all the way from ******* to pick it up, took it out and realized that the new windshield that they installed its leaking water all over the dashboard. Been sitting in a hotel for almost a week, no updates, calling every day there but they keep telling me to leave a voicemail for ***. The service manager **** says that they are really busy, and their policy is to only give updates once every 3 days even if the reason Im there is because they screwed up the initial repair. They love to take your hard earned money, but lack the most basic skills on how to treat a customer. Word of mouth is the best advertisement, and let me tell you , I will tell everyone to stay away from Poulsbo RV in ******, **. In the meantime Im still here at the hotel waiting for a phone call from ***, stranded ,away from home.
