I paid $12000 for a kia ******* in November of 2018. It went through oil like crazy so I took it to ********** *** within a week and turns out to be a blown motor. They wouldn't do anything because something about a 3 day lemon law was past so it wasn't their problem. I also got a carfax type history report when I bought it that showed no accidents no major issues. I didn't notice until 4 years later when I tried to trade it in and was told they didn't want my vehicle because of its history. Turns out they gave me a fake one so I'm stuck with this vehicle that I over paid for. I still have both reports but this company pulls some sketchy stuff obviously. I would not recommend them to anyone. I feel stupid for being taken advantage of as this was my first time buying something by myself. Very rude and unprofessional. At the time I bought it to take my husband to cancer treatments and I told them that but they didn't care.Business response

**********; Sorry for you past troubles with you *** . we do check every car to the best of are abilities today and in the past t *** had a campaign replacing engine like yours. Not sure what happen at the *** ****** when you took it there . This is the first I had heard of your troubles 6 year ago. As far as reports go. We use Autocheck. these report are from the vin #.and are only as good as the information in there data. We do are best to please customers. In your you case way to much time has past. The current market 6year later is much less.. so check values and sell the *** *************** good luckInitial Complaint

I bought a car from AutoTrack Saturday may 6 the same day i bought the car after driving away from the lot for 30 mins the suv started to smoke. I pulled over called ***** the gentleman who sold me the vehicle, I told him about the problem he told me that it was oil that was left from them changing the head gaskets an that it would be ok dont worry about there nothing wrong with the truck the smoke continued I called back he said bring it up we made an appointment for that next Saturday I drove up there from north bend an he told me the mechanic wasnt there. So made another appointment before I could even get up there the suv broke down I had to pay for a 2 times once to my house an once to the dealership. I told ***** many times there was something wrong with the truck he continued to tell me that it was ok an I was over reacting I even asked if maybe it just needed an oil change he said no they just changed the oil. An the result of the car breaking down on the expressway while I was driving with my family the engine blew on Friday may 26 I barely had 2 weeks to drive a car I payed ****** dollars for cash an now the owner just made me sign an agreement to pay him **** dollars for my truck back because he fixed it I need help please this is not right
