Went into Northwest Autohub 08/06/2023 to get my first car. We found one we liked and started the process into it. We told the dealership that I was Native ******** and was tax exempt. We had two trade in vehicles with existing loans on each. We ended up making a deal and taking off with the truck that day. We sign the first contract and we're told we were approved. On 08/06/2023 we were contacted again by their finance guy (*****) to come by and resign a new contract because they got us a better deal. Which legally that was in their four day window. The next few weeks we had also been regularly checking our banks to see when the vehicles loans would be paid off. They hadnt 08/14/2023 they sold our Audi 2013 No title received from the bank because no payoff had been made. 08/18/2023 they sold our 2009 ****** Camry to a new owner. No title. They finally paid them off in September. 08/21/2023 general Manager contacts me saying he has found a better deal can we come down to sign (3rd) contract. We have now received a letter say were late on payments we were informed would be starting till November. We contacted the financing company and they told us they had two contracts one from 08/06/23 and one from 08/23/23. We did not sign a contract on the 23rd of august. The financing company told us that they had informed the dealership they could not except the loan term if the amount was not ******. Violating **************** bushing law and violating *********** (CPA). The financing company informed us today 11/15/23 that the dealership, instead of going ahead and resending our contract should have spoken to us letting us know the financing was not approved. I love the truck. But the amount of misleading and deception from this dealership has stained it to the point where we could care less having it. Now the financing company wants us to sign another contract 3 months after.

I bought a 2017, Ram **** truck from Auto Hub on February 28, 2023. When text driving the vehicle, I didn't hear the sound from the front area. Later I heard the loud squeaky noise and reported it to *** autorepair shop. They fixed a problem with the ball joints but not the loud sound, which turned out to be a safety issue: differential repair totaling ******** - a quote from the ************** dealership. Before that I reported a defective windshield they fixed after weeks of runaround from the salesmen, ************************* and general manager, *****. Since they repaired the lesser defect, tells me they were responsible and obligated to sale me a safe vehicle but did not. ************************ pointed out all the add-ons but didn't disclose the real issue with the truck. I'd also request an original inspection (one that hasn't been falsified, of course. And, I noticed some unreported telecommun ications that ******* tried to deny showing me his computer screen of communications. Since the Ram dealership informed me of the unsafe nature of the vehicle, I value my life and left it there. I was also told by them it was't safe to drive. I asked for a statement showing that the repairs were apparent and vehicle to a trained eye just today, and *** a service rep told me he'd talk to the manager. Although, at this point, this is all heresay, I get it. But my gut tells me there's fraud and others have had problems from Auto Hub but didn't report it - maybe they did. I made attempts to work with them. They kept rescheduling, putting the blame on me for not showing up. I have the calls on my phone of them postponing the appointments everytime they were scheduled. Then it became clear they were not going to cooperate. The warrantee doesn't cover most of the repair, hence the dealership reported a lot of issues with Liberty Shield

My roadside assistance doesn't cover toeing from the shop, so I drove it home to store. I'm not spending anymore money on this truck. Nevertheless, it's still unsafe to drive, especially beyond my driveway.

On May 11, 2022, I sold my used 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring to Northwest Autohub of ************, **. The sales manager, ****, with whom I shook hands on a deal, verbally stated that the excess payoff (i.e., dollar amount remaining after the ***** Fargo loan was cleared) would be delivered to me no later than that Friday, May 13. While he clearly did not take this commitment seriously, I did. It was the main reason I moved down from my position of $21500 to his final buy offer of $19750. I had many other offers, of which I have text and email records, and all were above $19750 but none would pay as quick as May 13. So, I was comfortable with a $1750 price drop in return for immediate cash availability. The excess payoff was eventually made available to me for pickup 8 days later on May 19. I learned from the businesss accounting department that **** should never have made a timeline commitment. I subsequently requested from the business financial compensation for this breach of commitment. If one is late in making a payment to any financial institution, he or she is always charged a late fee and/or interest. So, I dont believe my request is unreasonable. In terms of an exact dollar value for the late payment, I have stated the opportunity cost as a starting place, $1750. I am reasonable and open to a counter settlement from the business. I would note that I contacted the business multiple times after May 16, to resolve this issue quietly. I am truly unsure whether the owner even knows about this or not. I have to note that while my wife was never really happy with the $19750 deal I had made on May 11, she believed the car in the current market is worth at least $26k, but I was completely satisfied and sleeping well on it. The lack of communication and subsequent rude treatment by **** and his staff when I requested a settlement for him not honoring his word 100% resulted in this complaint being filed. Thank you for everyones time in resolving this.
