I have purchased a building kit from HCI in Jun 27th, 2021 in the amount of $35103.56. Purchase was made as a private customer for personal use. HCI failed its obligations multiple times during this transaction which should be reflected in their BBB score. Following is the list of my claims against HCI:1) HCI assured me of the certain delivery timeframe which was critical for my project both logistically and financially. They have delayed delivery of project documentation by 1 month which significantly and negatively impacted my project.2) HCI assured me of their ability to deliver the product to my property, which was another reason I committed to the transaction. They failed to execute on that promise for technical reasons on their end.3) HCI fabricated and/or supplied wrong parts, supplied a substantial amount of unnecessary parts and did not supply some of the needed parts.4) HCI did not fabricate the product to the specifications that I have requested during quote stage.5) HCI repeatedly failed to communicate with me about the concerns (including safety) and problems discovered in their product, repeatedly promised to put me in touch with supervisors and failed to deliver on any of those promises.6) HCI failed to reach out and resolve any of my outstanding issues after I posted a review on ******* but instead responded to the review with a template message.
