Nightmare!!! Dont do business with Monte, the owner. He is rude, unprofessional and does not do the job at all. He lets this Asian woman who does not understand and does not speak English do his job and he treats her like an animal. The demo video on his ad is contrary to the actual job and so all my blinds looked like they were not cleaned at all. He never answer the call anymore after I complained. He took the $200 cash only demand payment, no receipt given. He pose himself as a military veteran but sad to say no accountability of his work at all. I dont know why hes still in business. I dont know how we can get our money back. Hes the only person in business I encountered who is dishonest, mean and does not treat people and customers right. Oh well, Theres Karma! My advice Do not deal with this Monte guy when it comes to doing any cleaning job for youReview from Effie B

I hired this company because he is a Veteran. $240 cash for cleaning 4 large widow blinds, that I can no longer do.He is rude and as unprofessional as they come. He hollering and speaking unprofessional with this Asian woman, who he was supposedly training. He sat down in my kitchen chair, without asking, to make business phone calls that he never made. Was making very unprofessional conversation with me. My blinds were not clean. He brought them up dripping wet and one of my slats on my blind was broken, which he never told me about or apologized for. Nor does he give a receipt.Review from Sally K

Their ad says that they remove , clean, repair , & reinstall for $20 per blind. I was contacted 2 days before my appt. to confirm. Then I was told to take down the blinds & leave them on the front porch, they would pick up clean & return & we could reinstall them. I quoted their ad & was told because of Covid if they came in to remove & reinstall they would have to wear masks & gloves & the charge would be $40 per blind. I said that I thought that was to much & canceled the appt. Would not recommed this business to anyone
