      I purchased a scooter from them on line.it was delivery damaged and the box was damaged too. Inside the was a part laying seperate from the item; unknown what it belongs to. I called at least 8 times requesting assistance for a refund and return item. There is no introductory in the call it immediately tells you are a winner for a wal mart card. The first time I was asked for my card number. I insulated in giving them my order number. Then they asked for my card again. After giving my card and getting my mailing address I was told there will be a hold and then offered services and number with codes then a long hold promising someone will assist me. Then the line was disconnected. Then charges appeared on my credit card; fraud.Each time I call I am either hung up on and when I get someone and call them out on it telling them what happened they now say they dont need the credit card they need the bank account number and routing number

      Im so sorry i fell for their warranty and spent money here. The great looking electric transport chair came damaged in the box, i thought it was superficial and sent images to them so they were aware. Being my first chair i didnt realize it was the chair & not me when it sporadically stopped and took several seconds to start again, as i exit the elevators or turn out a door. I reported this within 6 months - there is a fake customer service line which referred to the website and im sure their email support is a bot paid to reply but not resolve anything. They say the chair has a 9 mile range- guess what happens at 6 miles? It starts beeping LOUDLY so everyone is staring, dogs are shaking, Im trying to cover my ears- they said this was NORMAL and not a defect! Are you kidding me? My chair wont charge and they have not suggested a new battery or charger, im getting turned away from local repair shops. Ill just buy another brand with an A+ BBB rating this time. Will NEVER spend another ***** with Zipr.

      Their return policy on parts is non-existant. I have sent many emails, talked to a person live (whom I am sure sold my phone number) and still cannot get an approval to return a part that doesn't fit. They are only concerned that it is my responsibility to pay shipping, which I understand, and that there is a 25% (return policy states 15%) restocking fee. If there were a review less than one star, I would use it.

      Zipr mobility. Horrible experience. I have lost over ******* dollars returning a ******* dollar scooter. They offer no warranty assistance then only return 75% of sale price. Stay away !

      Horrible customer service. The scooter never worked once assembled from the box. I contacted customer service through Amazon and that started well over a month's string along excuses.They blamed it on our placement of the battery. Battery was installed correctly. They then stated I was to look at all the connections and wiring. Which looked fine to **. They then instructed ** to take apart the battery and check the connections. I checked and they looked fine.They then stated I was to test the battery. At that point the scooter was brought to an Automotive garage in town and they looked it over. They discovered that the wiring was faulty and rewired and reconnected things. The scooter finally worked.Zipr is still stringing ** along and I feel we where taken advantage of. We have had to pay the garage $80.00 to fix the scooter. When it was not our fault their product was sent with faulty wiring.They had absolutely no respect for the elderly client that was unable to leave his home as this was his means of transportation.

      Have nothing but good things to say about the company. Read the other negative review and that was not the service that I got. Called them after my scooter had some issues and they were helpful curious and provided me with the parts and dealers to get me going on the road again.

      This company has blatantly screwed over an old man, and could care less! Amazon told him to deal directly with them, and they have been HORRIBLE. I have photos of all email replies, scooter damage, etc.A patient of mine bought a zipr breeze scooter from Amazon in March. He paid $1800. After he got the scooter delivered, it was malfunctioning. So he had to pack up this SUPER heavy scooter to send back to them, and they sent another one. Shortly after he received the second scooter, he called us (we repair mobility scooters and have several referrals in his facility) to have us take a look as it wasnt charging. We diagnosed it, and the fuse kept tripping. We asked if we could put in a larger size without frying the electrical, they never replied to that - they claimed he had an older model charger and said well send a whole new back end piece to the scooter. Luckily this time, we had them ship it to us so we could help put the very heavy scooter together. We put the new back end on, and immediately the scooter was again, malfunctioning. It wouldnt go but very slow and you could hear the transaxle just flipping around (not supposed to). What they sent was a bent frame and completely cracked transaxle motor brake. At this point its September - thats 5 months, $2000 this man has paid and he STILL HAS NO WORKING scooter. At this point hes tired of putting money into his new scooter that hes never even ridden. and wanted a refund, as he needed to get something else to help him get around. Not only did zipr decline to refund him, they lied and told Amazon they fixed the issue - then told the customer he had to go through Amazon. I saw the replies on the Amazon account, Amazon told him to deal with them direct, they did NOT SAY not to refund him. The company refused. They actually had the audacity to tell us to piece part the two back end/motors we had to make one good scooter for the customer (we dont work for free so more money for this customer to spend for THEIR FAULTY PRODUCTS?!). We took the bad charging port off one scooter, and the bad transaxle off another, to try and give this poor man something he can possibly use since hes basically SOL. After hours of work we get it together, and what do you know the scooter breaks AGAIN. Now the speed potentiometer is faulty, the scooter wont go past half speed - it just flashes.Ive owned my business for years and work with a ton of dealers/manufacturers. DO NOT BUY THE ZIPR SCOOTERS, or anything from them. You will be dealing with repairs almost immediately, you cannot get help from anyone, they do NOT refund you if the scooter is completely damaged, and have the worst customer service Ive ever seen. Buy a Pride, or a Golden - reputable scooters with warranties, and customer service thats amazing. Amazon should NOT sell these products on their site, as I dont think its OK they did business this way. You dont rip off seniors, sell a faulty product (that he so kindly dealt with for months to try and give them the opportunity to fix), then after you keep sending broken items tell him hes not getting a refund. Hes out over $4000, from buying the scooter, paying for all the repairs and time we put into it, as well as having to buy ANOTHER scooter as he has to have one to get around. This is disgusting behavior, they are greedy, scamming, money hungry people. With the **** products they sell, they wont be around long in the meantime Ill be posting this and submitting complaints to every place I can online to try and save even one other person from their scams.
