My insurance company had me send my car to this location for my accident on December 14, 2021. They had my car until April 6th, 2022. During this time they had a huge lack of communication between me as well as my insurace company, making me have to pay out of pocket for a rental car. Clearly they had no idea on how to fix my car and should have stated so. My car still has problems from the accident and should have been fixed. I spent $3,225.00 of my savings i had for my maternity leave on a rental car during this time so that i could still get to work. I am self employed and still need to work to contribute to my growing family. I feel my car isn't safe to drive due to the fact that the damages done to the accident have effected the headlights not even working, and my front passanger tire is also having issues that should have been fixed. When TACC would get ahold of me they would tell me my car will be done in a week. They told me that many times. When I picked up my car the worker kept telling me they had this issue with this issue and that is why it took so long. That they had it so long that they weren't sure if damage to my car was prior damage or from the acciddnet. They told me they would order the new headlight that was scratched and contact me when it came in for it to be installed. It was closing time and he rushed me out. I noticed the next day that the headlights wouldnt come on, and that the high beams only worked if you held the toggle back. My tire was also very low in air that morning. I informed my insurance company and still have yet to hear back their resolution.

The customer's vehicle was towed to us during a snowstorm and in the midst of unprecedented supply chain delays. The vehicle had minor body damage but would not steer. That is out of the scope of our expertise so we had the vehicle towed to the local ******* dealership for diagnosis. The vehicle sat at the dealership for many weeks before they finally diagnosed the problem as the steering rack being broken. So, the dealership ordered a steering rack which took several more weeks to arrive. They installed the rack and then told us that the vehicle still would not steer and that it needed a steering column. So then we ordered  steering column which, you guessed it, took more time to arrive and be installed. When we finally got the vehicle back from the dealership, the body repairs went quickly. The only snag was that the dealer had sold us the wrong headlight switch for the car so the was an issue with headlight functionality which were were able to diagnose and repair. Were there delays? Yes. Were we responsible? No.
