I have had a good to go account in good standing with a positive balance this entire time I don't know how to accounts are set up but one account has not had any of the tools deducted from my account and it shows civil penalties and hundreds of dollars of total fines which again I already have an account and have always had an account this should not be an issue it has not been removed and it's not been taking care of and it has not been billed correctly I need help I do not want to have these penalties hanging over my head I just lost my job and I'm just trying to make a living in the most expensive state!!!Business response

BBB is sending inquiries related to Good To Go! Tolling to an incorrect WSDOT address. We did not receive this inquiry until March 19, 2024 as it had to find its way to us. Please see the attached letter to BBB ***** Kelly_21323781-36DA7_BBB.docx to correct our address so that our customers are served in a timely manner. This is for the *******************. I have a Good to Go pass on my car to pay the toll. They continuously charge an extra $.25 for "Pay by Plate" instead of using the pass. I have to dispute each time I get my statements and takes weeks for any assistance. I just want it corrected so that it doesn't happen again. It has been happening for months now. Toll should be $4.50, I get charged $4.75.Business response
