  We paid to have the trim of our home repainted in the white it already was, Ultimately, we paid almost $5K between the inital cost and what we paid when 360 sent their QA specialist out , who was sent out without talking to me,and all the issues weren't addressed. There have been several attempts to get the work done correctly; however, there seems to be a disconnect with the owner as I've sent pictures as well as having other exchanges about what's wrong. We were supposed to get 2 coats of paint and some wood replaced. The painter did not caulk the holes prior to painting, so they are still visible, did not do 2 coats, it's questionable as to whether the entire job was even completed, there's white paint on other areas of the home, he replaced a board, but it's not flush which will allow water to seep behind it. 360 offers a warranty; however, I've not heard anything about having someone come out on a warranty claim, instead the owner, who'd I'd already had exchanges with contacted by the owner of 360 Painting Olympia, who still is having a hard time understanding what needs to be done even though I've explained it and sent pictures more than once.

  This client was contacted serveral times and we went to the residence several times to resolve the issue. the client was satisfied after our last visit and we left the premise. This was not a full exterior painting job, just window, door, trims and a few repairs to the trim areas. The workorder did not include anything else than what was in the work order. The client stated to our franchise that she was getting fined by her ***, when asked to produce the letter as stated, the client could not produce a letter from the *** and stated that we should not come to her home or call, text or email. The matter was resolved, based on the client requested responce.
