We have had the pleasure of having Christine take our annual family pictures for the last eight years and are so grateful for all the beautiful portraits she has captured for us. Her talent and thoughtfulness shines through with each shot and will quickly readjust a pose to work with our kids. She has watched my two boys grow up and has always been so easy-going when photographing them. Christine knows just the right way to get their smiles out as well as catching them candidly (which usually end up being some of my favorite pictures). When she did my youngest sons newborn photos, it was the most pleasant experience I could have imagined. She came to our house, brought everything that was needed, was so patient when I had to nurse, and was able to get gorgeous pictures of our week-old baby as well as document our early days as a family of four. Her stunning photographs are hung up all over our house, in our photo albums, and have graced our holiday cards every year. Her down to earth attitude, professionalism, and unrivaled eye for beautiful pictures are just some of the reasons I wholeheartedly recommended Oly Photography to friends and family. We are so thankful for the opportunity to have worked with Christine for so long and for all the moments she has photographed for us.

From maternity to newborn to annual family photos, its such a great experience to see how your family has grown and how goofy the boys are getting year after year. They crack me up sometimes and I giggle again when I go through the photos on the computer! Thank you for all the opportunities!

Christine is a great communicator, accommodating, and works well with multiple kids. Photos turned out really nice and came back quickly. Would absolutely use her again.

In January 2022 I had a photo session with Christine right after coming back from a vacation. Later that week I found out that my son and I had Covid. Because the time I saw Christine was outside the window of being contagious, I wasnt required to let her know but I thought it was a good idea to give her a heads up so I contacted her about it on ******** messenger. Seconds later I get a message from her on Instagram messenger asking if I knew I had Covid when I showed up for the photo shoot. I was a bit taken aback by such a loaded accusation but gave her the benefit of the doubt and assured her I didnt. She then doubles down and coldly responds that someone messaged her and told her I knew. This is where it gets totally bizarre. I tell her the exact timeline of things, again and again try to reassure her I wouldnt do such a thing, and ask who would have spread such a malicious lie. I see in the messenger app that she saw my messages but I never heard from her again.Did she make up the story about someone telling her? If not, why would she protect the identity of someone spreading such a harmful lie about me? This whole interaction left us feeling she was very unprofessional. Her photos are good but honestly theres a lot of photographers out there who are both good AND courteous.

In an effort to try out some new photography techniques, I offered a few previousclients an entirelyfree-of-charge session. ******* accepted my offer. After the session,I was contacted by her acquaintance who claimed ******* had contracted COVIDand that I had been exposed. I have never corresponded with this person before so, I contacted ******* to verify and only then did she confirm with me that someone in her immediate family, who was present at the session, was COVID-positive.Naturally, I wasconcerned for my immediate familys well-being as well as my clients and friends.******* insisted that I reveal who had contacted me earlier about the matter and a friend ofhers, whom I've also never had contact with, sent me a threatening message to reveal the information.Having felt uneasy about the circumstance, I chose not to get involved in this situation between the three of them and decided not to reveal or communicate on the matter further.I'm just trying to make a living doing what I love to do.

As someone who used Christine for our wedding photography, its very disheartening that she destroyed our photographer/client relationship over this. The part about a friend of mine sending her a threatening message is an absolute lie. I belonged to an online mothers support group and its very likely the person who spread the misinformation to Christine (not just that I had Covid, but that I knowingly and maliciously went to the shoot knowing I had Covid) came from that group. Because the group shares personal info (job complaints, body image issues, etc) the moderator of the group was concerned that someone had purposely hurt me by taking personal info shared in the group to hurt me in real life, because that person could keep doing it again to others. So she reached out to Christine to try and let her know about the privacy concerns and to protect other mothers in the group. As a victim of domestic violence, being stalked online and harassed virtually is very triggering for me as Ive had to deal with that before. Its very hard knowing the person who did that to me is still on my ******** friends list (and possibly interacting with me in my real life) having access to my personal info, my childs photos, etc. After the incident in the mothers group, I left the group because of Christines unwillingness to name the person who was doing this to me, losing a big support structure I had as a new mom. I just couldnt open up again after that and lost trust in others. I hope Christine realizes by perpetuating gossip and handling things unprofessionally, it can really hurt others and cause unexpected damage to them. I know it did to me.
