Please explain your complaint in detail:I called this business about my computer because it was operating slowly. He had me bring it in. He looked at it. He said it was the battery and that I needed a new one. I paid $100 cash at the time of drop off. He said it would take **** days. I didn't hear from him for two weeks, so I called him. He said my computer was ready. I went and picked it up, and paid the balance due of $93 in cash. He did not give me a receipt for either transaction/payment. I brought the computer home and it still didn't work right, kept turning off by itself. I took the computer back two weeks after picking it up. I left the computer with him again. I didn't hear from him for 3 weeks. I drove over to his business and rang the doorbell until he answered. I asked for my computer back. He said it wasn't ready. I said I want it back anyway; you haven't communicated with me at all. Just give the computer to me. I then took my computer to the Genius Bar in the Mac store in the ***********. They said the battery was not even a Mac battery; and that when they change the battery, they charge $205 and they always replace the keyboard along with the battery. They also said the battery installed by Olympia Mac Repair was the absolute worst battery that could have been installed.
