August 11, 2023 *********************** A-1 Roofing **************************************************************************** Dear ****************:We hired your A-1 Roofing, ********, ** to replace two skylights and reroof our residence. There was dry wall plaster, roofing residue, scraps of under roofing paper and nails everywhere! *****, **************, the **************** Labor and Industry inspector said that the workmanship around the skylights and the disregard for our home was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.The fans in our bathrooms would not work. The cuts under the skylights were six inches and the kitchen one was cut wavy. Cuts needed to be only two inches. The wood supporting the skylight is of a poor construction quality. We were NOT informed that we would need to hire a Finishing ********* to complete the work. There were no product materials, labels or serial numbers left to substantiate the product used. This has NEVER happened in our previous home constructions or repairs.***** did send a Finishing ********* to line the skylight areas. We received a call from someone introducing himself as from The Roof Doctor. We did NOT have Roof Doctor. We think it was ***** who identified himself incorrectly. We will not do business with personnel who do not identify themselves correctly.***********************, asked if he could fasten our television antenna to the fascia. It was left laying on the ground. Cement bricks lining the driveway were knocked over and a couple of planters were broken.We need to have some restitution for this poorly done A-1 Roofing and skylight ********** up time and expense and make a payment arrangement. We were informed that we should ONLY deal with the owner of the company, who we assume is you.

After making several attempts to contact this customer,starting in May of 2023 with phone calls and letters, some certified, we have finally gotten a response. *********************** (Owner) will be meeting with ****** and *************************** November 29 to form a resolution.
