            We hired Elegant Installs, Mr. *** * ******, to remodel our Master Bath. Part of the contract included removing the wall tile by the Master Bath so he could install other items, then he replaced it. After replacing the wall tile the faucet and mounting plate no longer fit. He took the faucet and mounting plate with him to find replacement parts. With no explanation, he quit the job, and he kept the faucet and mounting plate. We have repeatedly tried to reach him by phone (his voicemail is full) (###-###-####), text, and email (****************************). At this point, all we want is for him to return the faucet and mounting plate so we have a sample we can use to find replacement parts. We cannot finish our Master Bath project until this is complete.
