In May of 2021, *************************, business owner of All Seasons Heating and Cooling installed a new air handler, heat pump and thermostat in our home.The thermostat has not worked properly since installation. The thermostat does not run on Auto for heat, it only runs when using the air conditioning Auto feature. The Auto feature for the heat runs constantly and does not shut off when the house reaches the desired temperature. The Auto feature is used as cost saver on electricity. If the air handler runs constantly it uses more power instead of less. This is not an effective use of the product.We've contacted ******************** numerous times to come back and fix the thermostat to run properly or replace it with a different style. ******************** numerous times has promised to return to fix the issue but has not fulfilled his promise to date of our filing this complaint. ******************** has had more than enough time to resolve our issue. The work and product has been paid in full as of January 2022.

Hello,
Im responding to BBB closure of our complaint against All Seasons Heating & Climate Control.
******************** has appeased us by stating he will show up and then never does to complete the job. **** has called him numerous times to prod him and ******************** has made numerous appointments that he has forgotten about or made excuses that he was busy moving. This has been a year that weve been waiting for him to come and complete his job! He called my husband **** after he received the complaint and basically stated that he would show up by the end of April. He hasnt called or made any effort to schedule a time to fix the thermostat. You are correct in your closing statement, we are not satisfied, nor do we trust him to do the job he promised.
Our next step will be to contact ********** States ************************ and file a complaint with them and after that, the *** will be our next move.
This type of business practice is not good customer relations!

To whom it may concern,
This was a install job that we completed in May 2021. All inspections for the install have passed. This is now a repair service. We have been in contact with the customer and have an appointment scheduled to diagnose and fix the problem. We are Hoping to resolve this soon with our customer.Customer response

The date for ***** Brigante to complete the job/install is May 26, 2022. We will not accept any explanation/retorte from *************************** until he actually shows up and completes the task. ******************** has promised numerous times over the past year to show up and finish the job and has not followed through.
When the install is completed, we will notify the BBB with the update and request closure of the complaint.
