            Very poor customer service and communication from this company. ****'s accepted a job the first week of November, which should have taken 1-2 weeks, at most, and certainly completed before mid-December when the cold winter set in. Here it is the end of April and the job is still incomplete. There has been nothing but personal and professional delays with excuses, or no contact at all. He clearly had a staffing problem, sending one unqualified person for a couple of hours once or twice a week at first, then barely nothing over a 6-month period. Communication was nearly non-existent, waiting weeks to months for responses to inquiries regarding the progress of the job. I had to ask more than once if the project had been abandoned. He didn't inspect the movement of the job or quality of work being accomplished. Last I heard, 2 weeks ago, he was coming out the next morning to complete the job. It didnt happen.According to WA **** of L&I, his license is inactive. ***** on me, I believed him when he said it was current. I should have listened to my gut feeling that there must be a reason when a business has no internet following or reviews.
