Purchased a certified preowned 2019 Jeep Wrangler. A few days short of having it a month we realize the door hinges have corrosion and are bubbling up. To make a very long story short I was blown off by the service ***** I then spoke to the Sales Manager who told me it was no different than buying a used car that has dings and scratches.....ummm no sir you sold me a Jeep that is rusting out. They then proceed to tell me the 2018-2021 jeeps have a class action lawsuit and Jeep will replace my doors if I'm in the 5 year manufacture time frame. I know they must have known this when they sold it to me. It previously belonged to the wife of someone who worked there and I'm sure they traded it in to avoid getting stuck with a corroding Jeep. I have been completely on my own dealing with **** even thought the Service Manager claimed they would be with me "every step of the way and help me get the claim started" I now have to get it fixed two hours a way in ******* and there is 15 jeeps ahead of mine. I will tell everyone I know do not go here. there is no way they didn't know about these issues and sold me an almost $40k deteriorating rusting piece of metal.McCurley Integrity Dealerships Response

*****,
Thank you for taking the time to speak with our management team today. We understand your frustration with Jeep and the backlog of work at the body shops. We are glad that Jeep will be covering the repair for the default in the material and workmanship of the vehicle and that you were able to get on the schedule of a shop to get the work completed.Review from Jamie F

Thank you for working with our service staff to get this handled so you could get back in your vehicle. We can empathize in situations where unforseen issues occur but are glad we were able to resolve this with you and complete the repairs that popped up with no additional cost to you.

*** and I appear to have similar experiences with the Honda "integrity" service department. I purchased a "certified" used vehicle and have spent more money on vehicle repairs then paying off the loan of the vehicle. Catastrophic engine failure after sealant applied to valve covers. It took months to repair and check engine light turned on 15 miles after leaving the dealership. Advisor claimed bad gas and no other issues... but the vehicle was returned weeks later with gas leaking from the engine. No accountability or ownership from the service manager, the ** of sales or their direct reports regarding the multiple break/fix failures that caused return trips to the dealership at the customer's expertise.McCurley Integrity Dealerships Response

Don't make the mistake I did by thinking the dealership knows what they are doing. I went in to have a slight leak on my valve covers fixed. Less then a month later the engine in my car was seized because there was pieces of the sealant all throught the engine from the work they did. Not to mention that I was charged double what they orignally said, I contacted the Service Manager **************************** was no help even after I came back with photos of the sealant all throught the engine, He just wanted to put the blame on anything but the work they did & refused to do any kind refund or accual help. It's Honestly Criminal..Review from Harmish K

We sold a car to McCurley 6/10/22 for $18,000 - it was taken from us that day by ******. He told me several times we'd have $15,800 paid to the bank "within a couple of days" and a check to us for the balance "as early as tomorrow".After waiting ~4 days and contacting them 4 times we finally got the check for the $2020 balance. It's now 11 days later and the bank still hasn't been paid. We have called McCurley a ton of times. First we were basically told to **** it up and keep waiting. Now it's transitioned where are told they will "check with accounting" and get back to us. Today I was told same thing, and he'd call me "right back in a few min.". 30 min no call back. So I called accounting and was told they aren't even there. When I got in touch with the same sales manager, he told me he messaged accounting and was waiting to hear from them. SO...he didn't realize there's no one in accounting right now? He made it seem like he'd call me right back when he found out.**My Dad (that sold the car) is 83 years old. He's bought his last 4 cars at McCurley (3 brand new). He's never gotten service done anywhere else since the day they opened the Honda dealership. He was so happy with McCurley for so many years - his heart is literally broken by this.**McCurley Integrity Dealerships Response

The company is great, great incentives, and health insurance. However, bullying, pinning/targeting/releasing PHI to start gossip/manipulate employees and over promise bonuses and lie to upper management about facts proven that the *** manager does - is apparently highly acceptable and has been for a few years now. So sad to see how active bullying and disrespect to the core is supported here with no regards to complaints - even when the complaints are by multiple people for the last few years.
