On March 16th 2024 one of the action towing employees came into the parking lot of the Highlander apartments and was attempting to tow a vehicle from the parking lot that was parked in the handicap spot no more than a minute when he pulled up and attempted trying to tow it when we went outside to try to explain to him the situation he started getting very mouthy getting attitude talking about his homies that he knows and certain gangs that we are not even affiliated with gangs and he started getting attitude with the woman that was out there asking for her change back because she gave him 350 he told her it was 3:20 for a drop fee and he never gave her her change back as a matter of fact he said that she still owed him $4 and I have surveillance cameras outside of my bedroom window that recorded the entire situation so he can't lie about what he said and recorded all the audio and everything and just the fact the way that he was being rude and considerate was not very professional at all and I feel that some kind of consequences need to come to that employee because that was unacceptable the way that he was treating the woman that was outside trying to have a conversation with him he was being rude being disrespectful to the residents and to her son that was out there that was only 16 years old very unacceptable very unprofessional behavior coming from an action towing employee.

On 11/09/2023 I was helping a friend of mine with a ride to the grocery store and when we returned to his apartment at 11:30pm, there wasnt a single parking spot for me to park that was within 100 yards from his apartment. So I choose to park next to a dumpster (which technically I wasnt supposed to park there) but since I was only unloading I thought it would be okay to park there for 10 mins while I unload. After I brought in the last load, I came out to a tow truck backing up to my car. Nobody called to complain and the managers of the apartment complex didnt call either. They were driving through to see if they could find a car to tow. They told me they would move their tow truck so I could move my car but I would have to pay $325. I believe that is wrong and they are preying on hard working people just to make a buck.I called a couple day later and they told me the tow bill was $928.00. I dont know if what theyre doing is illegal but its definitely not right. If you look at the reviews they have on ****** multiple people are claiming to have the same thing done to them. I think they should have a huge fine if not their business license taken away. These people are not representing good faith and very rude. Can you please do something about this?

      Good afternoon,

Mr. ******* was parked in a No Parking Fire Lane **** and per the agreement we have with the ******************* anytime a ******* is parked in a " No Parking ****" we are authorized to pick up *******. Our Driver happened to drive in the evening and Mr.******* ******* was parked in a " No Parking ****" which technically was an immediate tow.

I spoke to Mr. ******* 6 days after his ******* was towed and he asked if we could stop the fees. Mr. ******* agreed that he would be in the next day to pay a deposit of $100.00 as good faith that he was serious in picking up his *******.

His ******* was impounded on 11.08.2023. he called on 11.13.2023 and the ******* was picked up on 11.16.2023 which was 9 days after. We kept our promise and didn't charge him for the the full 9 days but the 6 as we had agreed on.

      Best Regards,
