              I noticed a duplicate charge on my bank statement from this animal hospital. I was enrolled in a monthly PAW plan to cover health expenses and office visits for my pet (roughly 50 dollars a month). When I called the clinic to query about the double charge, the person answering the phone already seemed to know what the issue was. They explained that they were having computer issues over the past couple weeks and evidently some clients were double charged once their systems were running operationally again.They indicated they would be able to process the refund. When I asked if there were plans to notify other clients, and that I was disappointed that I had to discover their error and report it, the clinic indicated that their solution to notify customers was that they posted a message on their ******** page.I then became frustrated as I explained not everyone has ******** nor has added the clinic to be able to see messages about the billing error.The clinic indicated that they dont have the capability to call all clients who may have been double billed. They are relying on a social media page (not calling customers directly, email, or traditional mail). I doubt that all customers will be made aware of this error with their solution, and am very concerned that this clinic is profiting off of a computer mistake.

              One star, no zero star choice First time visit, getting a rabies shot and spay appointment.Spay day, receptionist said I need ************** had insurance brochure out to show me, no ******* ********* cost $ ***** a month for contract of 12 months. ! What is charge for spay. $ 1100.00.Not what was quoted for a 16 lb poodle. I said this is a scam. And, walked out. A burly man threatened me as I dashed to auto, pup in arms. The vet clinic had been sold to NVA corporation.Some of these corporations are owned by MARS Corp.
