I don't like to file a complaint against a local business but what transpired today was just wrong. I purchased a yard of Planting Mix Soil and was shorted a half yard. I discussed my previous experience in material purchases from them and the need to make 2 trips as his loader bucket holds 1/2 cubic yard and my truck has a short bed. It won't hold a cubic yard of material. It's approx. 4' x 4' x 16" . I told the loader driver that his first bucket was nearly empty, which was evident from the tiny amount in the truck bed. So I waited for him to dump some more material and again he dumps another partial bucket and I end up with maybe 10" in my bed overall. So I end up with maybe 1/2 yard of material total instead of the yard I paid for. I took a photo of my load for anyone who might be interested. It should have been self evident that my truck only contained about a half yard of material.
