    We went to Hudson *********** Center on March 3, 2023, to purchase a travel trailer. After purchasing one that we were told we would be able to tow with our current vehicle, they called us and told us that our vehicle would not, in fact, be able to tow our new trailer. We were convinced to trade in our SUV for a truck they had there. They told us that this truck would easily be able to handle everything we wanted to do with it, including towing the trailer over the mountains. Not only did the truck begin to have problems as soon as we purchased it, but we also found out (after several trips to the mechanic,) that the truck had no catalytic converters. We were told by and exhaust specialist that it had clearly been worked on and done intentionally, because it had a cat delete system. Hudson did not disclose this information to us, and from everything weve gathered, this truck falls withing the guidelines of a vehicle that is required by law to have catalytic converters (2014 **** F 150). We have kept detailed records and receipts of all of the events regarding Hudson &/or the truck, which we would be happy to provide. We have attached the statement regarding the missing catalytic converters.We purchased the truck for $26,000. Taxes, fees, and warranty brought the price up to $30,280.74. Additionally, we put $2,629.53 of work into it. All of this, minus the $18,000 we could get for it from a dealer means that this truck, that we never intended to buy, has cost us $14,910.27 in less than a year. (This does not include the cost of the additional recommended work, rear brakes and catalytic converters, of $5,683.55, because the price of $18,000 was quoted as is.) With the purchase of the trailer & the truck, we paid Hudson $50,453.54.We have reached out to **************************** have filed a complaint with the attorney general. Both times they responded about the repairs that the truck needed but have never addressed the issue of the illegal missing catalytic converters.

    I have a ***** 2011 vehicle for 8 months. Reported a **** issue. I was told by the dealership I was contacted, but I did not see a phone number or voicemail. Not denying I may have missed a call,.When I did try to call for replacement on the **** I am expected to pay now. I was told that it has been a year and too late to replace the parts and I would have to pay for the parts that was supposed be replaced initially. It has not been a year like the salesman said. I have random lights coming on now as well, side air bag off and then flashes back on. Floor boards wet. First car I bought by myself and feel like I have been taken.

    We were notified of this problem after the sale of the vehicle.  We offered to repair this item for the customer and ordered the parts  immediately.  We contacted the customer multiple times and left messages.  We never received a response from the customer after 8 months to finish the repair.  We returned the parts to the vendor and considered this matter closed.
