Came home at 830 AM to my fence wide open, one of the employees looking under my car in the driveway, and my dogs nowhere to be seen. Wonderful that they neglect to inform you of their arrival, and will take liberties to access your property while you are not home, and then leave you to search the entire neighborhood for your dogs.This is beyond unacceptable behavior, and is absolutely intolerable. It boggles the mind how this company has continued to operate with such blatant disregard for their customers and disrespect for the sanctity of the home.It's grass. You don't need to waste your money with these idiots to set up a sprinkler system. Ensure your peace of mind and spend the money on home camera systems instead.

The general contractor who built your home ordered our fertilizer services for your newly planted lawn in order to ensure its ongoing health as part of the landscaping package they provided you. As they are the initiating party, we informed them of our application dates & expected they would pass along the info to you. While its unfortunate this didnt take place, that would be a discussion for you to have with them! We are always happy to note specific customer requests as in a call before our arrival, but as this was actually your second application and you sent no such request during or after the initial application, we were unaware of any special needs you may have. As a general rule of thumb, you may want to keep in mind that threatening to put a bullet in someones head is a crime and lucky for you our service worker didnt call the police to make a report of your death threats! Our technicians are hard-working folks busting their backs every day out in the elements and are certainly not idiots as you state! The technician who you repeatedly threatened is actually a Staff Sergeant in the military who not only works full-time to serve our customers but also works to serve his country and protect the rights and freedoms of this great land! Fearing for his life, as he was finishing up blowing off your concrete, he left in extreme haste after you demanded he do so immediately. Had you kindly allowed him to finish he would have closed the gate where there were no dogs upon his arrival. A note on common courtesy; maybe spend a little more time being friendly to those who serve you in whatever capacity, instead of chasing them down the street trying to incite confrontation while screaming obscenities and filming them on your phone. Is this really how adults handle themselves these days?
