      I pay to live in a gated community for the last year they haven't fixed the gate it's been broke my white ***** Civic was stolen out of the apartments to never be recovered again and the ignition to my blk ***** Civic was just completely destroyed buy theives not even a month ago I understand that they aren't reliable for damages but that only when we are under the lease agreement of living in a gated community now I've talked to seven of my neighbors who cares have been tooken in this last year of time and or vandalized we don't understand how they won't take any responsibility I'm a single mother struggling when my first car was tooken I went almost a year without a car to get to work now my knew cars gonna cost almost a **** dollars for a knew ECU AND IGNITION ,WINDOW AND DOOR PANEL THAT WAS DESTROYED WHEN THEY BROKE INTO MY VEHICLE AND THEY JUST RAISED THE RENT ON ALL OF US ALSO FROM **** A MONTH TO **** A MONTH IF WE SIGN A 6-MONTH OR 12 MONTH LEASE AND THEN **** IF WE DECIDE TO BE ON A MONTH TO MONTH LEASE SO IM LOOKING AT LOOSING MY PLACE ANYHOW I DONT MAKE ENOUGH TO LIVE HERE MY LITTLE BOY AND ME WERE HOMELESS FOR 4 YRS IN A CAR BEFORE WE MOVED HERE THIS IS THE **** STABILITY HES EVER KNOWN ITS SAD BUT I KNOW AT LEAST FIVE MORE PEOPLE FILING A CONPLAINT I GOT THE WORST END OF IT WITH LOOSING A WHOLE VEHICAL NEVER RECOVORED YET AND NOW NOT BEING ABLE TO DRIVE MY KNEW ONE CAUSE OF DAMAGES IVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET TO WORK DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS DENTIST APPOINTMENTS AND I FEEL WE SHOULD BE COMPENSATED FOR THEN BREACHING THE STIPULATIONS OF OUR LEASING AGREEMENT OF LIVING IN A SAFE GATED COMMUNITY THANK YOU MY NUMBER IS #************ *************************

      We are sorry to hear about the experience you had. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional living experience for all residents.


      We dont have any record of this resident contacting our team in the leasing office to report any vehicles being broken into or stolen from our community. We were unaware of that and always encourage our residents to reach out to us if anything like that were to happen so we can take action and support the resident as best we can.


      While we do have record of a black ***** registered to this resident at our community, we have no record of a white ***** registered to this resident at our community and ask that this resident reach out to our team in the leasing office to register the vehicle (in addition to any others they may own).


      The gate at Deer Creek was hit by a vehicle for the second time and we had to make repairs to get it functioning again. Ever since the pandemic, parts are still taking longer than expected to receive and we were waiting for the correct parts to arrive before the gate could be repaired. The gate has been fixed and functioning again since mid-October.


      Please let us know if there is any additional information we can provide or anything else we can do to help resolve this complaint.

      Deer Creek installed subpar materials, the cheapest vinyl flooring available to mankind that was suppose to look like wood. After 1.5 of the 3 years living there, in the hottest day of 2021 and 100+ degree weather the flooring came loose and bubbled. these bubbles popped and exposed holes. But after 2 prior incidents of leaking shower, that had to be torn out and replaced, as we were displaced for 4 days, then a bad wash machine another 4 days, we were tired of up rooting our lives for them to replace yet another horrible choice of products. While we thought we were doing them a favor and decided to wait until move out so they then can replace the flooring, they decided want us to pay for new flooring. They falsely claim pet damage and carpet holes that are complete lies. They bought and used subpar materials, we should not be responsible for paying because they bought materials that couldn't withstand normal wear and tear. Remind you also, that during the Pandemic when we had to spend more time at home than normal, should be taken into consideration of our time in the apartment.

      We do not have a record of the resident; *********************** submitting any maintenance work orders or report any deficiencies to the leasing team regarding the vinyl flooring being loose or bubbling.  The resident was charged for move-out damages to his unit that are not considered normal wear and tear.  The unit had major pet damage including carpet holes in the master bedroom, damage to the vinyl flooring from pet paws, and scratched up door frames.  Please see attached photos. Unfortunately, we will not be removing any fees that were outlined in the move-out statement, the resident is responsible and will be required to pay for the damage that was caused by their pet.

      Yes, they are liars. That's what con artists do. We have sent out letters to all former tenants and employees. We will gather information until a formal litigation is filed. We have also contacted the states attorney general, I cannot allow this to happen to others.
