On 6/14/2015-2/15/2017 11 Airplane Prints were shipped to ***** Sherman, owner of the Plane Junkie. ***** promised in good faith to try and sell the prints on his website. I have made numerous calls to get updates on the selling status, and have not received any callbacks. I sent a registered letter on 6/22/2021 requesting the prints be sent back due to not selling. I had my daughter, ******* ******, get involved when I did not hear back or receive the prints. ******* called on 8/3/2021 and spoke to ***** about the urgency to mail back the prints. She also sent a follow up email to ******************** on 8/3/2021 referencing the conversation. ***** told ******* he has the prints in a warehouse, and to give him 2 weeks. With no response or prints mailed, ******* emailed him on 8/13/2021 for a status check on the mailing of the 11 prints. No response. The prints are worth an estimated total of $3,000. This is horrible business ethics and should be recognized.Business response

I have now pulled the prints and matched them up with their certificates. They should ship back to this customer in the next week. Tell us why here...Customer response
