They charged my credit card for an order and never shipped. I reached out several times via email, voicemail and text and no response. I had to finally put a stop payment on my credit card to get my money back.

We have messaged the buyer the products they ordered were on backorder. Their order is in the process of being shipped this week. They have not told us not to ship. And we do not have a chargeback as of today.Review from Tammy R

Ordered a quilt two weeks ago and nothing has been done with the order. Emailed, sent text and left a message with absolutely no response. I have filed a complaint with PayPal. The only reason it gets one star is because you have to give it something to post.Colorful Impressions, LLC Response

I ordered three tins of Spectrum Noir ColourBlend pencils from Colorful Impressions back in March of 2022. Never received them. They are a sham. Sent them e-mails and tried reaching by phone. Two or three times they apologized and stated that they would get the order out the next week. Of course, they never did. What a joke! Sham companydo NOT order anything from this company. In order to leave this review, I have to give a star. I will give the one star ONLY because I want other interested customers to see how bad of a business they are.Colorful Impressions, LLC Response

Super unimpressed. I ordered a Sizzix Switch back in January, 2022. It is now the end of August 2022. No machine yet. I reached out on 8/19 and was told I would have my refund processed on 8/22/2022. Still no refund. I have reached out again and have not yet heard back. I understand this machine is difficult to get and they were oversold. That is not Colorful Impressions fault. What is the fault is how they have handled their response. I suspect at this point, they have just taken my $300 + dollars. If I don't hear back in a few days, I will raise the issue with my bank. But yes, I agree with others...seems, at the very least, like a very poorly run business. But I feel it is more likely just a sham.Review from Sofia B

I wish I would have checked out this company before making a purchase. I pre-ordered the Big Shot machine in December of 2021 which said it was to be shipping out in January. I was promised it was being shipped at the end of the February and to watch for a shipping notice. Its now The middle of March and they dont answer their phone or answer text messages and I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Seeing all these negative comments I dont understand how this company has not been shut down. I wish there was a way to stop this so others are not taken by these people.Colorful Impressions, LLC Response

We are very sorry for the delay in your machine. The ****** machines had been delayed, and we could not control that. They have started to filter in slowly and all pre-orders are being shipped as soon as possible. We are short on staffing, so we apologize we have not been able to get your messages. I am waiting for an order I placed 2 months ago with multiple attempts to reach them. No responses at all. Very angry that I've paid for my items and the status on their website says "awaiting shipment". Will NEVER order from them again. So disappointed.Review from Alyson M

If I could give 0 stars I would! I have had nothing but bad service with them. I pre ordered an item in August **************************************************************************** the next couple weeks. Since December I never received another email from them and have repeatedly left messages and were told someone would be getting back to me with no response. At this point I know my item is never coming. However, I would like a refund and I would like to prevent this from happening to anyone else. There customer service and legitimacy really need looked at.Review from Jan H
