I scheduled a fishing trip for my son, myself, my friend and his son in February of 2023. We paid 200$ per person. Totaling 800$. We as customers rescheduled once due to my friend having covid.After that they rescheduled on us 4 or 5 times, every time right before our trip.The last time we asked for a refund and he said hed ask the owner. I even offered to have them just refund my friend and I would fill up the boat with my wife and daughter. So they told me to give my friend 400$ out of my pocket. I refused. Since then zero communication and they have blocked me on social media which was my only way of contacting them. I dont know their address, or city of business but that is there business phone number.Customer response

After asking me to refund my friend for them is ****** and would clearly make me lose more money. Im a father of four and this cost me and my son the only fishing trip we could afford this summer. Our first trip.
After saying I was uncomfortable with that and asking for a refund myself they had no more contact after that.
