Low spots in the east and west side of the yard that hold 1-2" of water *** irrigation system has dry areas that are missed and spray heads that have become clogged, you left one head off shooting a fountain of water into the *****. You didnt use weed block in the flower beds or under rock. You also didnt clean out or weed the original flower beds on the right or left side of the steps for the deck, you didnt add new dirt or even rake them out so they looked finished.*** rock you put is too thick in some place and hardly any in others, again no weed block My brand-new yard gate in front is bent and needed replacing, again something on your list before leaving.*** chain link yard gate was bent and would not line up so I could close it *** new chain link fence is poorly installed, has a 5-inch gap at one end and missing a post cap and of course not green *** walkway is uneven and the one section you did near the gate is so poorly done that it looks like cottage cheese - Again not stamped or the color we discussed *** dirt is uneven throughout the yard but most noticeable next to the walkway where some areas are even with the walk and others the ground is 3 inches below the top of the walkway. You trashed my driveway and the area in front of the shop leaving mounds of dirt and rock and wood debris throw into my rhododendron flower bed.When pulling rock for the yard you hit the electrical conduit running to the shop. Requiring me to have to dig it up and retrench and bury You cut one of the cables for my ******************** and the cable finally failed completely requiring a service call to replace it.*** drain for my gutters was not laid properly and the water backs up and spills out where you connected the two pipes together.I have at least 4 areas where the sod has failed to grow.I had to battle you nearly every day to get you to commit to showing up. What should have been a 10-day job turning into 6 weeks.Initial Complaint

************************************* poured a patio at my home on July 15th, 2022. During the leveling and curing process the crew failed to properly level the patio, where the edge of both sides of the patio angle towards the basement stairwell at the center of the house, causing water to flow into the basement stairwell, flooding the area outside the door during significant periods of rain. Additionally, there were several low spots following the curing process, great than half-inch. The contractor agreed to address the issues above, but only made one real attempt to come out and fix, which was to fill one of the worst low spots. The patch he provided lasted (August '22) one week before crumbling, leaving a large hole. The contractor was notified multiple times of the outstanding issues, to include a certified letter in November '22, with no response.Initial Complaint

In February D*** ******** was hired and paid 1/2 to complete a landscaping job. He has not completed the job. He has done the work incorrectly and had to redo aspects of the job. He does not show up and does not respond to texts or phone messages.
