While taking my car in for an oil change . When courtesy vacuum was being done . Someone broke the car seat handle off so the car seat cannot be adjusted . with possibly cutting my hand if tried to move it back and forward. I contacted them several times in requards to this to only be insulted. Promised call backs . And told no one there would do this. The car seat handle was hidden under the passenger seat . I want them to pay for repairs and face pain and suffering causing me to worry about my cars condition and the disrespect. This is a new car . I want to be an example to let others know about this dealership.Initial Complaint

My name is ***********************. I recently purchased a used Nissan Titan from your used car dealership. During the test drive the vehicle had a couple issues but went ahead with the purchase on assurance the items would be resolved. The truck stayed with dealer for 2 days after I purchased it. I was notified that the issues were resolved and went to pickup the truck and discovered a scratch now on the drivers door. I was told at time of pickup that the detail team could buff out the scratch and to bring it back. I came back and was told there is nothing that can be done about the scratch and it was there prior to me buying the truck and ***** is saying there is nothing that can be done. My 2020 Nissan Sentra has been experiencing incredibly unsafe steering issues beginning in December 2022. It had codes pertaining to sensors in the smart lane keep assist system. The parts were factory warranted but the steering issues became exponentially worse. I returned a second time and they proceeded to gaslight me telling me absolutely nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I returned a third time expressing the same concerns and they put me into a loaner vehicle which had a faulty ************* patch in the trunk to the gas tank. The first time I filled the gas tank, the spare tire area started pooling gasoline, leaving me driving around in a statically charged bomb. When I presented the issues to them, they proceeded to gaslight me again claiming a cleaning solvent had spilled not knowing I had found/documented the true source. Once again, claiming nothing is found wrong with my vehicle it is returned to me. I have now dropped off my vehicle a fourth time regarding the serious safety concern but with a recall on the vehicles tie rods. The vehicle has become incredibly unsafe and while expressing my concerns on my sole means of transportation for my livelihood they assured me I would have a loaner vehicle. This establishment will do everything in their power to gaslight and conceal the deadly issues with their vehicles and their repairs.Initial Complaint

We bought a 2021 Nissan Armada and the dealership offered a maintenance plan to cover major services and oil changes. We trusted the dealership and their finance officer during the negotiation. Later we discovered what we actually purchased does not cover anything more than four oil changes before ***** miles. *** at ***** we need a major service and found it would cost over a $1000 for all fluid changes, rotation of the tires, and filtering changes done. Because the plan impressed and told we were purchasing would cover these types of services, covers nothing. Why buy from Puyallup Nissan or any of Bill Korums dealerships when their sales representative and finance officer are not honest. Absolutely no way will I recommend any of their locations. This is how their employees treat buyers - dishonestly. In addition to after purchasing the **** not one of their service representatives knew how to operate the entertainment systems to play videos in the headrest and this includes the sales person who sold us the **** Seriously! You sell us a product you wont cover nor refund us the cost of the plan, but you dont even know your product. Wow!!! S***** and pathetic all in one batch. Avoid the dealership like its a viral plague and buy something of higher quality.
