I have a warranty on my microwave and was promised an appointment time window between ****. Unfortunately, I am a widowed mother of 2 and work full time. They never showed on the day that was scheduled. I called and was told I was wrong and the appointment was for Tuesday and the guy would be here between 5-6. He again never showed and closed my appointment/account. Every time I call I am hung up on or they say the office is closed. I call from a different number and get right through. I am NEVER allowed to talk to a supervisor. Now it is Wednesday and my son is calling. He has been put on eternal hold after being told that the guy came to the house on Friday and no one was home. For all working people we are to drop everything and be at their begging call! I looked at my cameras and NO ONE has come to my house on Friday, Monday, or Tuesday. I am ticked as I have paid for the warranty and now cant get it serviced. This company SUCKS!!!
