All Septic & Sewer came out to my home to check the drainfield to see if it could be rejuvenated as it failed during home inspection. As they worked on the project they advised that they could probably rejuvenate it and did we want them to keep trying and we said yes. At the beginning of the project, he said the drainfield was the original from the 1940's, but still said he could likely rejuvenate it. When he wasn't able to rejuvenate it, we knew it would have to be replaced and asked if he would be willing to work with us on the price, since the rejuvenation had failed. He became very confrontational and attacking us in email and stated we had to pay his invoice immediately before he would entertain the drainfield replacement. He did not allow for the 30 days the state of Washington allows for invoices to be paid and became extremely hostile. We have held off on submitting this review as we feared retaliation from him after filing the complaint.Customer response

To whom this may concern. This customer (**************) signed a proposal for the work stated. It was found that at the end of the work his septic system had bootlegged components that cannot be repaired. We completed everything per our signed contract with **************. He didn't like that we were unable to repair his system (which the contract stated may not be repairable). He then wanted money off a new system since he used us to "try" and repair his system. We did our work per all guidelines and laws set by the Pierce ************************* ************** then hired a "septic designer" who told him we shouldn't have attempted to fix the system due to its presumed age. Septic designers normally do not hold the proper certifications in this industry to speak on or make "opinions" on how a septic system is determined to be repairable or classified as failed. I have attached the signed proposal from ************** so you can see that we performed everything we laid out in the scope of work and that his system may not be repairable.*Some consumers may elect to not publish the details of their complaints, some complaints may not meet BBB's standards for publication, or BBB may display a portion of complaints when a high volume is received for a particular business. ↩
