The Company I work with, Trident Seafoods, is flooded with scam phone calls (to business phones), with varying strategies. One is various recordings, designed to get the call recepient to say "yes," such as asking "can you hear me ok?" A recent call to my phone came with an identifying name (on my phone) on the series of calls: *****************. I googled, and she is an owner/officer of two listed companies in ********, **. End to End Truck & Trailer Repair, ***** and *** *********************** LLC. The latter company has a listed address as ***************************************************************** believe these businesses should be investigated, as I doubt they are legitimate businesses, and the people prosecuted for engaging in a phone scam. Hello,
I am ***************** owner of both companies we are not a spam and not associated with anything like that. We are semi-truck repair company and have nothing to do with spam or spamming people. Unfortunately, my phone number somehow has been used by spammers to block their numbers and my number comes up on caller ids. I have called my phone provider company yesterday and they said it's called spoofing and there is nothing they can do for me unfortunately. I have called ******************* and explained everything to him I am sorry for this inconvenience it is very unfortunate that those things happen to us hard-working people. We receive multiple spam calls a day and night and absolutely hate it but there is nothing we can do because it could be potential customer and we have to answer. It's scary that someone is using my number to do this, and I had same number for over 20 years and never had anything like that happen to me.
